Appreciate the delivery. The delivery was late by a few hours, NOT his fault at all. The only recommendation I would give, in addition, is to ensure there is some type of protection under the fabric of the couch when it’s laid down in the bed of the truck. He was very kind and professional

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

He was polite and caring with my couch. Wasn’t super rough throwing it around and hitting everything with it!! I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone!

Adrian was awesome! Got things in the scheduled time and was very polite. He even allowed me to use his dolly to put my couch inside my apartment.

The guys were great with what they had to deal with. The truck was supposed to fit in the parking garage that was height max of 8’ 2” . The truck that was used (and was picked by the Lugg app ) was 6’5”. It did not fit into the parking garage so the 2 movers had to go up the parking garage carrying the sofa. More time on the clock, more manpower was needed. The other 3 items : Peloton bike, 8x10 wool rug and 76 x 32” mirror was loaded by the 2 movers into the truck and delivered to the destination but my son had to put them in the elevator and carry them to the apartment because the movers weren’t able to because of the couch that they had to deal with since the truck that was supposed to be able to drive up to my floor couldn’t fit. Had we all known the truck wouldn’t fit in the parking garage we would have planned accordingly but the truck size was misleading. Hence we were charged more and had to move 3 of the 4 items without assistance at destination. Not the drivers fault at all. They definitely went above and beyond.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Jordan and Brittany were wonderful. Not only was the delivery incredibly quick, but they even brought the rather large couch I purchased into my living room for me. They were polite and friendly, 10/10 would hire again.

I had the pleasure of working with Adrian and Hector for a recent move, and I cannot recommend them enough! These two movers were an absolute dream team when it came to transporting our brand-new couch from IKEA to uptown Dallas. From the moment they arrived, they were super friendly and personable, making us feel at ease about the entire moving process. What really stood out to me was just how hard-working these guys were. They were laser-focused on getting our couch to its destination safely and efficiently, and they didn't waste a single second. They handled our furniture with the utmost care, and I could tell that they really knew what they were doing. Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.

They did an excellent job of moving the couch from the 3rd floor. Took some imagination to get the couch through the door and down the stairs. The rest was simple.
