First of all, both Jean and Christian are hard-working and very competent movers. What I didn’t expect is how personable and kind and helpful they would be. Because of their good thinking and expertise, my storage is packed far better than it would have been. Jean made sure to oversee and communicate, and made excellent suggestions that were extremely helpful. These movers exceeded my expectations and my experiences with movers in the past by a long shot. If the quality of these individuals is any indication of your company culture, I will be using Lugg again and recommending!

This was a very smooth experience! The movers were very nice and worked quickly but carefully making sure none of my furniture got damaged. It was a very stress free service!

Sassan is an exceptional hard worker, he did most of the lifting. And jumped in to help when we had issues opening the gate at the storage unit.

We had a tricky move - two locations combined - into u-haul storage containers. It required a strategic ability, executed perfectly. Spacial reasoning along with the great care taken, extra support on the packing of the items, was above and beyond. This also happened to be the second move we have had from the same team of movers, James and Jose. Would highly recommend!

Maybe the best movers ever. Skilled, strong, efficient. Great senses of humor. Moving can be stressful, so hire these dudes.

Although, I did not meet Nahun and Israel personally I can easily say that they are committed to doing a great job. They got to the pick up location on time, even had to wait a little for the person that was meeting them. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. Sent me pictures of my boxes at pickup and then again at after storing in my storage unit. Definitely recommend this company and team!!

Hi Lugg Team- shout-out to John and Brad! The furniture store did not disassemble the dining table we ordered (even though we requested them to do so) so this move was tough as the table was super heavy. John and Brad still powered through and helped us maneuver the table into our storage unit. Cheers Ps. (We gave them a cash tip when they left, so i will leave that field blank here in the app)

Sadiki and Carlos were absolute pros! 🚛🔥 They handled my move with efficiency, skill, and a great attitude from start to finish. Everything was packed and transported with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

Justin and James were a huge help in moving my heavy furniture from my storage unit to my house. Very friendly, efficient, and careful with my things. Could tell they have done this many times before. They even set up the pieces of my furniture! Would definitely use again for sure.

THEY WERE EXCEPTIONAL! Hard working conscientious of all of my things; handled them with care as though they owned them. Skilled in fitting a storage space and moving I would choose them again and again. To top it all off, on a record hot day, they continued to move my items even after the service elevator broke down on us (never missed a beat). I greatly appreciate their help and am even more confident in Lugg because of this level of service. I wish they could have moved me from the bay area to here if Lugg had that service. Great people. Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

These guys were incredible. Beyond efficient, did so much of the heavy lifting for us. Should be too movers if there is a ranking system. Would hire again if I could contact them directly.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.
