Very courteous and intelligent. They fit an oversized couch through a narrow opening without any damage. Two strong and capable men. Immaculate truck and manners.

They managed to get a couch in an old Phoenix house with small doorways. They never gave up and were perfect gentlemen ❣️ I am really pleased with Lugg. If Rob and Alejandro are examples of this service then I have to give it 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thank you again

My only concern is a plug on the couch from the power cord looks to be damaged. I don’t know if that was from the movers or the Retail location. But everything else was great.

RC and George were very friendly and helped to move my couch up to the 3rd floor and a few extra heavy items out of my car. I appreciate their services, professionalism and efficiency to get the move done.

I can’t say enough positive about this pair. They carefully placed rugs and pads beneath beds and sofa in two locations, moved furniture and took furniture to Goodwill for donation. All done with a smile and courtesy. We have always had a great experience with Lugg and these guys were exceptional.

Absolutely amazing service from these two polite and considerate gentlemen. As soon as we put in our request for delivery Manuel and Gabriel showed up to the furniture store and delivered our couch PLUS set it up all within an hours time. I'm very glad we were referred to them and would highly recommend their services to everyone! We will definitely be using them again in the near future. Thank you both!

Angel and Ariel arrived early, and were polite, friendly and positive. They worked efficiently to move our sleeper sofa. We would recommend them for bigger jobs.

These guys were AMAZING! The carried and extremely heavy 9’ sofa up a flight of stairs. It was a challenge!! They were very punctual, courteous and professional.

I am convinced that David and Raven are super heroes! Miracle workers, definitely. Moving our king size bed and couch was something I dreaded thinking about moving and other items, a dresser, a chair and foldable desk were all handles with care by these two. If you are lucky enough to have their help with your move you will feel relieved to have such strong, caring, gentle helpers! They finished our move in record time as well. I had plenty of time to do what I needed to do before I had to leave again!

Great guy, got the couch to us in perfect condition and on time, extremely happy with his help getting it in the house and resolving a small glitch with Ikea. Would definitely use his services again.

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

Richard was prompt with his delivery. He called to let me know when he was leaving the store. Even though this was 7th delivery today, he quickly unloaded and got our couch where it needed to be. He had a mask on and social distanced as much as possible. He was very nice and professional.

RC was delightful and so efficient bringing the couch up 3 levels!! I feel it should’ve been a two-person job but he was on it and with such a positive attitude. Very good experience with RC and the delivery!!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!
