Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

Quick pickup and on time delivery. My couch arrived in less than 2 hours from the moment I submitted the order.

They were great! I was so surprised how fast they were able to get two couches up my stairs and maneuver them into my home as quickly as they did! Amazing job!!

All around great! Arrived early, worked quickly, took big couch through the backyard since it wouldn't fit through the front door, cleaned the previous owner's mess out of the couch, polite

So friendly and efficient , I was shaking because I thought I couldn't get my paid for couch home. But these 2 were great!!

Mario and Enrique were prompt, kind, and super helpful. They were at Costco within 25 minutes of booking our Lugg, and 20 minutes later they were at our house and moved our new couch inside. Incredible job all around!

These two were amazing!! They didn’t mind waiting at all while I got everything together for the couch at the store. They’re super friendly and got the couch up 3 flights of stairs. Would definitely recommend!

Travis and Jeremiah went way above and beyond for the delivery of my couch from Costco. The boxes were larger than I remembered when I booked the job. Not only did they make the boxes fit in a truck, they opened the boxes, put on the footstools, and put the giant empty boxes in my garage. This was on a 110+ degree day. They were so helpful, friendly, and polite. I cannot recommend them and Lugg enough. I have and will continue to tell everyone about my Lugg experience and will definitely use them again. Used this app twice now. All 4 movers I've had were absolutely fantastic! Such a great app. So glad I found it.

These nice strong people showed up right on time . They handled the couch and chair carefully and it took about 5 minutes total. This is a great app , I appreciate the guys being courteous!

Prompt arrival, quick time to pack up my couch (labor time was reasonable), and the app was very accurate with the map to track the van! I was also able to order a same day pickup. Very happy!

They were warm & friendly. They took care to lift the couch over furniture that I didn’t want them to move & manuevered around tough corners going upstairs. They were professional & went the extra mile to ensure that if I needed to clean/prep, they would allow me time. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. At no time were they impatient.

Derec and Chris were right on time and moved our couch quickly and carefully all the way up three flights of stairs. They even offered to help arrange it in the space. So friendly and easy to work with! Thank you guys!

They did a great job moving a couch from the third floor of a apartment complex. Finished the job in less than 15 mins.

Wyman & Anthony were awesome. They went way above and beyond to ensure my new couch got moved inside, safely. And, they even helped with set up of the optional battery system!! Highly recommended!!!

They were prompt and courteous even before we ran into some struggle with the size of the couch and the arrangement of the doorway. Semisi was quick to brainstorm and had a tape measure handy to ensure fitting the couch through a window would work. Jamal was right there with assistance the whole time. Both movers had can-do attitudes and didn’t complain about carrying a couch all over the yard. 10/10 experience with these guys.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

We ordered two couches from Macy’s but it was the reclining type and the weight of the sofa made it very hard to handle. On top of that the couch did not fit our front door. But through the whole ordeal these guys were very patient and tried various ways and finally even remove the legs of the couch to get it in the house for us. I would recommend their very professional service if you are moving furniture.

LUGG movers always show up within the hour I choose for them to come, usually at the beginning, and always ready to do the task. They are efficient and careful workers
