Isaac did an amazing job. He did it all by himself. Aaron didn’t help at all and sat in the truck the entire time. Isaac was extremely quick and efficient. Isaac did all the labor and moving and did a great job. He was kind and polite. Highly recommend Isaac. I cannot say the same about Aaron. Aaron did absolutely nothing besides get out of the truck.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

They did a nice job of finding the best option for getting my sofa into the unit. The box wouldn't fix on the elevator.

These dudes were fantastic. Wildly patient and did their best to work with what was going on, lol. Ryan had a great sense of humor and Aaron was chill. 10/10 for my dudes sweating out here in this bogus heat.

Truly the best movers. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thank you!!! Hire them. They helped me fit in recliner couch. They asked if they could use their tools to remove door. They did! They then put it back appropriately. There has to be way to tip them on this app. I did get Jose’s phone number to tip him via Zelle as well if I can’t tip on app. These guys are professional, hire them!!!

Isaac & Davonte were awesome!!! The nicest guys ever. Got everything done so fast and efficient at both locations, offered and provided extra help when needed and were so kind throughout the whole process. I’ve used lots of moving services and this was by far the best EVER. Great huge vehicle that fit all of my stuff without issue and I felt everything was safe in there. Seriously couldn’t believe how fast everything was done and how friendly both Isaac and Davonte were.

Leonel and Jose were awesome to work with. They work well together, work quick together, and had great communication. They were well prepped with pads and wrap for everything, and had no issues with me adding a few things to the truck when I realized how big it was. It’s a very big truck. Would be ecstatic to see them if (and when) I move with Lugg again.

Second time with these guys and they are the absolute best. They communicated through the entire process. They were so gentle and thoughtful with getting the antique dresser in. I feel grateful for somehow getting these Luggers twice. If I could choose it would always be them

Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.
