Was skeptical because of no phone number. But, booked online, received updates through the entire process with piece of mind being able to see the enroute progression. The drivers were great, putting boxes where I wanted them. Good to know there is a reputable company I can use for large purchases, being a Senior that's important.

Expert movers, handled my new dining table with care and were very friendly. This was my second delivery with Lansana—he is great! Highly recommend.

Ramiro and Fadil were very professional, prompt, and helpful. Not only did they pick up early, but they also helped me get furniture protector pads on the feet of my couch and helped me get it set up. This was a tricky delivery - two wide couches up a wrapping staircase - but these two made it look easy. Thank you!

The app works! The lugg-er that came out was very helpful. He was very careful with our appliances...making sure they didn't get dented or scratched in the loading, hauling and unloading at our new location. Thanks again!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Oscar & Fadil were so quick & efficient in delivering a couch to my condo. Not only did they navigate downtown traffic and street parking near the couch's origin point, but then upon arrival, they whisked the couch up 3 flights of stairs to my living room without even breaking a sweat. I'm so impressed! They were so professional and friendly and I truly appreciate that. Nicest guys too. Thank you, Lugg!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Fantastic movers! Extremely careful with my items, insightful with the best ways to load/unload efficiently, and very nice to work with. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Angel and Julian were the most incredible people. They helped me out on a really stressful day, gave me expert advice and even went above and beyond what was asked of them. They were so knowledgeable and efficient and I could not have been more grateful. 10/10 would recommend both of them!

Wow! This service could change our lives! Like Lyft for hauling. We bought a recliner chair at West Elm today, and were planning to borrow a truck from someone to bring it home, but Lugg did it for us in under a hour. Mulusew and Terrance were very helpful, and even moved the old chair downstairs for us. Mulusew showed me how to claim my first-time user $10 off code. Great service!

Nikos and Oscar did an outstanding job for us. We live on the 3rd floor and they worked hard to get the buffet up while maintaining great care not to damage it. Would definitely use them again.

Mark & Emad are super nice and made hauling furniture across the city a simple task! A chore that would have taken me all day to get done was finished in a couple of hours thanks to these guys. They were very professional and careful with maneuvering large pieces around a small space even taking the time to tape off the doorways to avoid scrapes. So, if you are looking to get a dirty job done fast, without breaking a sweat while also working with attentive people who will communicate with you through out the whole process then they are definitely the way to go.

Ramiro and Fadil were on time, extremely professional, friendly and made the move effortless. They carried some of our furniture to the 4th floor via stairs with utmost care. Everything was possible, and done with care and a smile. You gained customers for life!

I have booked 3 Luggs - one same-day, after another mover dropped out at the last minute - and every single one has been prompt, friendly, affordable, and extremely professional. I am shocked by how seamless and delightful this experience is. It’s the kind of thing that was unimaginable just a few years ago. Lugg has set a new standard for moving, hauling and furniture delivery. I’m such a fan!

Worked well, the guys were nice. 5 stars because the furniture came back intact, but one piece of feedback - they should take the time to read the notes, because they missed one receipt, they didn't read the comments on what items should be picked up. Came back with the other stuff on their own dime, my husband got compelled to tip them more with cash - which I didn't think was our duty to help them out for their mistake.
