Jeremiah and Aram were awesome for waiting until the mattress was ready at Macy’s. Macy’s had certain times you can pickup and they made it work!

They were fast, friendly, and helpful. Henry even showed me how to book a junk removal on the spot and they were able to take my old mattress away immediately.

First time Lugg users full of worry and I needn’t not have worried!!! These guys know how to move mattresses! They understood how to get the mattress up our stairs and we marveled! Of course we helped it was all hands on deck! Your Luggers were awesome too because they removed their shoes! So respectful!! We did tip cash at the site but I’ll add some here!

They helped me move my old mattress into my garage then put my new mattress exactly where I wanted in my room. They even helped me straighten out my bed skirt! William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.
