They excelled in every way. Their politeness. How they worked together. They were on time and was very mindful how they moved the furniture. Very professional in getting the job done.

The movers did a good job helping us move our furniture from HomeGoods to our new home. They handled the items with care, and completed the task efficiently. Overall, they provided solid service, and we’re satisfied with the job they did.

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

Kareem and Robert were great! They stayed in communication with me. They arrived on time if not early. They were professional and friendly and handled the furniture with care and expertise. We would definitely hire them again.

Alfred and Nigel are the best! When they picked up my furniture from the store they noticed that two pieces were damaged and proactively called me, I was able to get a refund from the store on the spot! They delivered the rest of my pieces and did an amazing job. Excellent customer service and just very nice guys.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They are very professional, taking pictures before packing furniture and after unpacking furniture, detailing the details of the furniture before and after moving.
