Very caring of his buddy worker, Jaleel, since he is allergic to dust. Took a moment to wipe down dust on top before moving fridge. Although we did not have enough time to get it into the house, we were good with it left out to work at removing the fridge doors on our own. Both guys were great at moving a full size refrigerator. Guadalupe was on time, had a clean and proper truck, and had supplies (blankets and straps) to do the just professionally. He was careful with my refrigerator and and asked questions then listened to do the job correctly. On the delivery end, he parked in a convenient spot and quickly got a cart to make the unloading easier. All went well, he is highly recommended by me!

When it seemed like the refrigerator might not fit through they door, they were able to problem solve, take off the handles so it would fit, and then put them back on once it was in the house.

They were early and expertly did the following: (1) took doors off refrigerator doors so it could fit through door way (2) cleaned and wrapped up all the items ( frig & stove) in moving blankets, then movers saran wrap

They took great care to transport the refrigerator the way we requested, and it was their idea to pull out all the shelves and transport them separately, so that nothing got damaged. Great job!

They were on time, professional, and efficient. They advised to wait 24hrs before turning on the refrigerator to allow the refrigerant enough time to settle with gravity post-move. In my opinion this shows that they care about their customers.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

refrigerator arrived on time and the frig. was transported upright as I requested. I would recommend that the movers bring a hand truck but at least they had a dolly. Some water got spilled (leaking from the refrigerator) but I wiped it up.

Kevin and Jesus were great! Didn't balk at all at some of my items that were simply too long. My stuff was heading to the dump, so breaking some 12' trim in half was no big deal. They also took a very large refrigerator panel that I was worried about, without breaking a sweat. Thanks so much!

They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.
