They went above and beyond in communication and customer service. I asked them to bring my couch to the base of my stairs so I could try and push it up into my apartment (I live alone and weigh 130) and they offered to take it all the way inside for me and were so kind and helpful. They deserve a promotion and raise, big thanks to Jefferson and Kevin for this great experience.

The guys are so friendly and efficient. This is my second move with them and I was happy to see that they were on this delivery too. I hope that I get them again.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Milton and Rodrigo provided great and fast delivery service. They were on time. I highly recommend them. I will definitely use Lugg again in the future.

Micheal & William communicated to let me know their location and approximate time of delivery and updates the closer they got to me. When they arrived they were so helpful when I asked if they would please place box into living so I couldn’t have to try to move over there. They were so nice and friendly.

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Omar and Kevin came right on time and were so nice and helpful. They did a great job getting a particularly large and heavy box into our house. Thank you again. We will definitely use this service again when needed.

Michael and Bryant were fantastic movers! They were very efficient and were able to move some really big/ heavy furniture. And they made sure to secure everything in the van, which I appreciated. And they did it all while in good spirits. Thanks again!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Daniel and William were awesome. William kept in touch the entire time, taking well documented photos of my item asking questions and keeping me informed on the delivery. They wrapped the item with care and handled it with care up to my unit. They even help me move a pre-existing item to my lobby. I so appreciate the work that they do and will definitely use Lugg again. Great work Daniel and William, you guys are Rockstars!

They were respectful of the property during the delivery of my items. They asked kindly the location where I wanted to have the items placed and they followed the directions very carefully. They were kind and friendly. Thanks guys

Koffi was quick and professional! I was so impressed with his equipment and quick spatial skills. The boxes we ordered were really big but he was able to get them inside with NO bumps or scratches on the walls!! He was super friendly and we are so happy that we got a great experience using this service for the first time.

Daniel & Lamar were very professional, careful and courteous. The pick up and delivery went smoothly. I booked one Lugger in order to save money, and I was willing to help lug. And I was surprised when two guys showed up! I was a little concerned that the company would double charge me, but looks like the original agreement was honored. Very helpful service. I will definitely contact Lugg when I need help in the future.

Very professional, efficient and friendly movers! Handled the cabinet with great care. Despite the delayed arrival time from an earlier move, am very pleased with the delivery. Would be glad to use them again.

Both of these guys were patient. The item we requested for delivery ended up being way heavier than we realized—and we live in a Cape Cod style home—they showed a lot of patience and quick thinking to make sure it fit. Thank you both for your hard work!

I love Lugg! I brought fueniture from Habitat ReStore which does not have delivery but I downloaded the app in the store received a fair estimate. The app updates you every step of the journey and they delivered on time professionally. Highly recommend.

They were very fast and efficient. My building doesn’t have a friendly entrance for big furniture/boxes and the elevator is small, but they figure it out, were gentle with the items and very nice people. Great service!!

The service was professional, very organized and courteous. They were fast in the pick up and delivery and called to confirm the items for pick up as Lugg did not do that the day prior. I really appreciate your help delivering the items and would recommend them.

Irwin and Emmanuel were on time and very communicative throughout the pickup and delivery trip. The table was securely placed in their truck, and they were very careful when bringing it into our home. It was my first time using Lugg so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a great experience and made the furniture delivery process so much easier!
