I had a fantastic experience with this moving crew! They were professional, efficient, communicative, and handled my couch with care, ensuring it arrived at my apartment in perfect condition. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend them!

NEVER MOVING W/OUT THESE FOLX AGAIN Timely, communicative, respectful, hardworking. I was also upgraded to their largest truck option for free even though I had reserved a pickup truck (the smallest option) a couple days prior And I had a 35% discount for booking one "lugger". All in all it ended up being legit 50% less (at least) than the going rate of other moving companies I looked at when shopping. They even had another person there solely to drive so no need to worry about driving a moving truck Smooth moving experience got all my furniture I booked for one hour but it actually took two, they were so patient

Alton and Derrick were the best. They handled my dogs with great car. They had to bring my sofa up three full sets of stairs. They did it slowly and with great care not to damage my walls or the sofa. I highly recommend them. I already tipped them.

Arrived on time and were very efficient completing the job. They wrapped the dresser to avoid damage to it or my home while moving it.

Communication. We knew where the truck was in real time. Able to message detail directions to the guys. Superior service. The guys went way above and beyond great service. They were friendly, willing and capable in every respect.

Both of the luggers were very friendly, did a great job. Did not damage anything and they moved very quickly I would hire again.

Would have appreciated moving blankets, and a better ETA from Lugg, but as far as the actual movers went, they were great. Despite not having the blankets, they had a tarp and were very careful with my stuff, also super fast.

While Victor and Asaru were moving one of our couches, they noticed spider egg sacs on the bottom and graciously cleaned them before moving the couch into our apartment. They were excellent! Highly recommend.

Communications was excellent. Drivers were friendly and on time. They also helped me readjust for the new piece of furniture. I will definitely use this service again.

Donald went above and beyond! He moved all my pieces of furniture to the 3rd floor and on top of moving my furniture he assembled it also! Donald was polite, sweet and he was very handy and quick! I really enjoyed this lugger a lot!!

Showed up on time. Excellent communication. They were moving a very large, very delicate, and very expensive TV and were perfect. They listened to all of my instructions and took excellent care of my TV. I am very, very happy!

They were professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to help me as a woman home alone by removing the packaging from the mattress that was delivered.

They followed my directions to my building’s loading dock perfectly, they brought the truck exactly where they needed to, they came equipped with the right gear to move a number of exceptionally heavy boxes, and put the boxes exactly where I wanted them in a very careful way.

Syvalia was courteous and punctual. I really appreciated that he had a moving blanket to use and straps to hold the couch into the bed of his truck. Great experience and will absolutely use this resource should we need it again in the future. Thank you so much Syvalia!
