Diego was fast, friendly, and professional. He helped with prioritizing what to pack to make it all fit, and he helped load the dolly to minimize trips to the storage unit. Very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend, especially as a solo lugger!

Very flexible approach. Had dolly necessary to move heavy objects with just two guys. Efficient packing of our POD storage unit and took care to wrap nice items in blankets.

LUGG movers always show up within the hour I choose for them to come, usually at the beginning, and always ready to do the task. They are efficient and careful workers

There was some difficulty with a person that worked at the storage locker and I thought they dealt with it very professionally.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Marlon and John are an awesome, experienced, and trustworthy team! They picked up all my stuff, wrapping the heavier pieces of furniture in blankets. They efficiently put everything in my storage unit while saving extra space. Would love to have them Lugg again!

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Uforma and Brian were fantastic in every way. They expertly and carefully moved a large amount of furniture, glass panels, and boxes into a storage unit that was already packed full. After Brian magically reorganized the unit, there was more empty space after they put everything in than there had been when they started. And they were both a pleasure to work with!

Really nice guys. Great job. Left me a ton of extra space in the storage unit. Also helped me put a mattress cover on my mattress.

They went above and beyond the scope of work. I had asked them to condense 2 storage units to 1. They did so within 10-20 minutes.

Really could not have been better. They were expert, courteous, respectful and Myron is a packing Tetris genius when it comes to getting everything into a storage space. They were very careful with my stuff, attentive to detail and resourceful when it came to some challenges with my property. Would absolutely recommend and use them again!

The moved fine but they didn’t listen to direction. My friend who was coordinating the beginning of the move told them where to meet his mother so she could open the storage unit and they didn’t even look for her. Which made my friend have to drive 40 minutes out of his way to go to the storage unit and cost me extra money.

WOW! Kenny and Joseph were so crazy doggone knowledgeable, polite, and kind in helping me move my items to the Extra Space Storage Unit. Particularly, helpful when we got to the storage unit in helping me "tetris" the unit with adding more items once we arrived and continued after they left us.

Juan & Omar were amazing! I recently was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and I have to reduce my expenses. Their Teamwork was vital as the reorganized my first storage, consolidated a 15 year old storage and moved some furniture pieces from my parents to my new home. This project could not have gone smoother. They emptied the storage area, move furniture into it help set up exercise equipment, and took storage containers to an offsite storage room. They were friendly and great to work with.

Great movers! Great job packing my Uhaul box so that I had some extra space to fit a few more things.

Wilton & Jose were incredible! They arrived early, assessed the situation, a.k.a. my belongings that were all over the place and not fully prepared to be moved. They immediately formulated a plan with me in order to efficiently wrap everything safely in order to ensure nothing would scratch or break during the move. They stacked everything in my storage unit so I won’t have to worry about for the next year😊

Angel and Mauro were amazing, kind and took wonderful care of my items. They were so friendly and helped package every item very well and made sure it would all fit safely in the storage unit.

I found the luggers to be enthusiastic and very friendly. They were a good team. I think it would've been good If they had done a walk-through at the end of The job because they would've seen several small items along the side of the Basement walls. Not a huge deal because I can carry those things out myself tomorrow, but I did say a few times everything needs to go out except one table I asked them to leave inside the basement. They did ask the usual question "anything else" which is good because it reminded me I had a few things upstairs I wanted them to take to the Storage as well!

Stanley and Christopher were excellent movers. They did an incredible job of making everything fit in the space of the van I ordered (we even had extra space for additional things), they are total Tetris pros. When I had all my furniture in my new apt, I saw that not one thing had a scratch, bend or even smudge of dirt on it - and they moved me when it was raining! Extra careful and very quick. Highly recommend.
