Ivan and Alex did an exceptional job picking up furniture from a Craigslist seller and moving it up a couple flights of stairs and fitting tight angles.

They were extremely prompt, careful with the delicate table, and provided great communication. A fantastic first experience with Lugg and I would be very happy to hire them again for future Craigslist pickups and moves.

I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. These guys were super nice and very efficient. They offered to bring my item inside and they wrapped our item so nothing would damage it on the way. I want to always use this app. My husband will never strain his back again and I can buy anything I want on Craigslist and Facebook marketplace without a complaint!

James and Jovan were awesome! They were arrived promptly to pickup the sectional sofa I bought on Craigslist. They had it wrapped and loaded within about 15 minutes and were on their way to my apartment with it. They very quickly had it inside and assembled. Where they went above and beyond was in their diligence in figuring out how to fit our old sofa through a narrow doorway into a different room of our house. They were persistent and careful and ultimately figured out a way! This was my first experience using Lugg and I would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic! I had only 45 minutes to pick up a sleeper couch and ottoman I found on Craigslist. Wellington and Omar arrived right away and were attentive, efficient, and accommodating. This was a huge relief because my living room rug is white and the weather was storming buckets!

Two people arrived to help me deliver a sofa back home which i had grabbed up for free off of Craigslist and it was really nice too. These guys were amazing. I bought a dresser on Craigslist that was quite heavy. They went to the location, wrapped the dresser nicely, then delivered it to my apartment. They made sure to ask where I wanted it, how close or far from the wall, etc. they were super attentive. I even asked them to slightly nudge a large armoire to a few inches for me and they did, no questions asked. They were polite, prompt, communicative and super helpful! Would use them again, anytime!

Best Lugg-ers I’ve used since 2015- one of the very first users of this app. When you guys were advertising on Craigslist! So speedy, moved everything in less than an hr. Moved a couch in 10 that has taken movers 45-hr to move. Polite and hard working, great communication and teamwork. Thank you SO much!
