Angel and Gregory communicated often to keep me updated on their progress with the pick up and drop off. They also went above and beyond by trying to find a replacement for one of the paintings when they noticed that the frame behind the canvas was damaged. They were friendly and professional.

I discovered the Lugg app from a buyer when I sold my furniture to move from FL from CA, and I’m so glad I did! Without the help of Adriel and Gregory, I would’ve had to spend much more $$ on a new sleeper sofa just so it could be delivered. They were very communicative, handled the fabric with care, and did an expert job getting it to the 6th floor. I’m very grateful to them and Lugg!

Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.

Attention to detail. Super communicative and helpful. Made sure to be able to get it in a single trip so I wouldn’t have to order another Lugg. They worked well together, and checked in with me, and even fixed some minor issues with my dining table (due to how previous movers put the item back together).

Edward and Evens were truly INCREDIBLE. Professional, kind, strong, and well-prepared with all packing items. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They made moving - a typically stressful experience - enjoyable and easy. They wrapped all of my important, fragile items and treated them with such care. The drop off took longer than i anticipated and had a $188 additional charge the app did not make me aware of. The movers were great the app let me down. I would have taken different measures if I’d known about the recycle charge.

They did an absolutely amazing job! They were professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care. They arrived on time, worked quickly yet meticulously, and ensured my belongings were transported safely.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.
