Steven and Steven were great! They arrived on time and quickly accessed my project, moving an antique hutch up onto its base. The top hutch has dowel supports that it needed to carefully rested into and screw/washer fastened. They were very nice , efficient, and careful with my antique, which I truly appreciated. They were AWESOME getting it all assembled and in place! I highly recommend them and will hire them again. THANKS for All!

Your tracking notifications were so helpful. Thank you. Steven and Steven were very friendly and helpful and actually did me a favor by taking the heavy part of my old chair out to the garage for me. They were in and out in minutes. There were no stairs or elevators to contend with. You should consider using Lugg.com for your next delivery.

Awesome experience. These guys helped move my washer and dryer into place - they even helped remove and replace a door that would have impeded the move.

Steven and Rene were fantastic, efficient and really nice. My husband's back was out and we had a sofabed in the garage that would barely fit through the door, plus a giant refrigerator and two other sofas to move in. Steven and Rene had a ramp and a big dolly to get the refrigerator up the stairs, plus blankets, etc. Everything went well. It was a real pleasure to see everything moved in and not have to do it ourselves.

The men communicated with me at every stage of the delivery process and were extremely professional! I've used Lugg before and the service does not disappoint.

This app is amazing! Sears let me know that my fridge was ready to be picked up, I requested service on the app and AJ showed up 20 minutes later to get started. He went above and beyond my expectations and did everything in his power to help me get the fridge in to my home. I'll definitely be using this App and AJ in the future!

Ahmad and Ahmad were a great team. We needed big appliances moved and it involved taking them up some narrow stairs. They did some very heavy lifting, and had a great and professional attitude throughout. I would hire them again for any move.

There was a dent in the back of the fridge that I hadn’t noticed. They tried to send me a pick of it (but for some reason it wouldn’t go through). But they called and explained the dent to me to make sure I was okay with it and for them to still deliver. They also made sure I saw it before they unwrapped the whole refrigerator to double check that I was okay with it. I was very pleased with their service.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Derec and Andrew were awesome. There was a tight flight of stairs that the washer and dryer had to be brought down from. They handled it very efficiently and safely. I'm sorry I couldn't be much help because I'm recovering from a wrist injury! Thank you again!

they did the job very well, except they put my fridge on a side, because it was too tall for the van. I told them that having the fridge on a side is not good for the fridge, they lifted it and placed it diagonally... I hope that it will not affect my fridge eventually. That was the only concern I have. The rest went very well.

I was telling Jesus how he is a God send.. I was praying to Jesus for help with this generator because it’s so heavy! N Jesus sent Jesus to let me know he’s answering my prayers 😄🙏🏼❤️ God is so good! N Jesus went out of his way for us! He helped us move the piano unplug the lamp behind it to make room for the generator next to the refrigerator n helped us push the piano back! William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Ruslan is a great guy. Very personable. He went above and beyond what he was required to do to get a refrigerator into our raised-foundation house. We couldn't have done it without him! I'm putting down "no tip" only because we gave him the tip when he finished the job. He was wonderful and we wanted to tip him as soon as he finished.
