Very helpful. Please ask them if they collect the weights with the bike if so ask them to to deliver them to me.

My ebike got a flat. The Lugg arrived extremely quickly and my bike was very carefully loaded into the pickup. I walked but it was only 4 blocks to home.

James was awesome. I was moving a Paleton bike from my house to the back f a pick up truck. It should have been a 2 person job, but Lugg failed to send a second person. James, the super strong, was able to move it on his own with no damage to bike or surroundings

Gerson was extremely friendly and efficient. He moved our peloton bike and made sure the screen was fully protected and the bike was secured the entire ride. He also helped us move it to our 5th floor apartment!

Great experience! They made the transfer so smooth. And they helped me bring the bike up and down a short flight of stairs.

Friendly, polite, showed up with all th right tools and protections for the cargo, secured the bike perfectly. Just perfect.

They were so nice! And so helpful! Not to mention super-strong. They made sure everything was moved carefully and put carefully in new places. They had to navigate 4 floors during the moving which included furniture and a heavy peloton bike. They were excellent & I highly recommend them.

Our Luggers were great in updating us when they would arrive, were prompt and on time, quickly moved our heavy Nordic Track from one location to the next, and were careful with our bike as well. Polite, friendly, and professional.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Mauro and Elder were prompt and efficient; they were creative about solving for a tight angle in getting one piece of furniture through a narrow door, and helped out beyond expected by taking down a curtain rod. There was one minor mishap, a torn workout mat, but I attribute that primarily to the weight of the exercise bike that had been on it.

Luther and Lewis delivered holiday joy, with a gift for a single mom, out of work, with two children. They had their bikes stollen and we (me, Luther and Lewis) fixed this with a delivery of three new bikes. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Not only were they able to carry a heavy exercise bike down from an upper floor with zero problems, they also dealt with some difficult personnel at the drop-off point successfully. Excellent experience.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.
