Fabulous experience! Both Henry and Hussain were professional, courteous and really conscientious. They worked well together making sure they were both on the same page moving through obstacles like my sunken living room, kitchen island and my glass doorway with very bulky heavy load. Fast, efficient, friendly, and excellent communication before and during the move. Deyson and Edward were wonderful to work with and my wife and I are very grateful to them for their skill and effort in navigating the moving of some tricky furniture pieces.

I honestly wasn't expecting the level of service I received from Glen and Cleevens. They were well prepared with moving materials and able to expertly move the sofa from one tight spot to another without damaging the furniture piece or the homes. They were also incredibly friendly and upbeat, especially in light of the fact that it was a very difficult sofa to move.

So quick and easy! And they put down a moving blanket to protect my hardwood floors without me asking them to.

These guys were fantastic. They had to travel in bad weather, had a difficult Moving issue to figure out and did it all very professionally and with a smile. We really appreciate their help!

Alexis was very friendly and knowledgeable about moving a very old and large glass cabinet. We signed up for a single Lugger and a truck, and he was helped by my son. Alexis explained very well how to safely move the cabinet to avoid damage, so the move was successful. Thanks Alexis!

Omar and Kevin came right on time and were so nice and helpful. They did a great job getting a particularly large and heavy box into our house. Thank you again. We will definitely use this service again when needed.

Hyacin and Prisca were extremely helpful and made our moving day so much easier. We couldn’t have done our move without them. They were so careful with the furniture and made sure it didn’t get any damage. They even helped us transport our box spring because it wouldn’t fit in our car. They were both amazing and we highly recommend them!

Denson and Edward were careful with moving our furniture into the house, with the help of my husband as it was over 200 lbs. Plus, there were a dozen steps to get to the house. First time using Luggs. You must download their app and entered a credit card on file before a move can be scheduled regardless what Homesense told you. I wasn't a fan of installing apps and was concern at first that there isn't a phone number and they use AI as an agent. But it was pretty straight forward and they texted me every step of way on the day of delivery and arrived right on time and in perfect condition. Price is fair. Highly recommend.

Lance & Lamin did a great job moving two swivel chairs and a console for us. They were careful and wrapped everything. They are also just wonderful people.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! AMAZING 🤩 TOTAL PROS Nathan and Jason were timely and extremely professional. They brought plastic furniture wrap, moving blankets, etc and took great caution with walls and common areas in both buildings. Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. I had such many heavy stuffs which were very difficult to move but David and Jason were just so helpful with my move! They were very efficient, gentle with the stuffs, and kind. Thanks to them, I could have such a smooth moving in!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They were careful moving everything. Both very strong and able to move things. I already gave them a $20.00 tip before they left so this is why I am not giving tip again.

These two guys are the best professional, personable hard working moving guys I have ever used, and I have moved 15 times! My son + his family will be moving in the future, and we will definitely plan on using Edward + Deyson again.
