Great guys. Friendly, thoughtful, courteous with my dog, and even gave me helpful suggestions for plant placement. As they were leaving, they reminded me my garage door was up. Literally a perfect experience. Thank you!

Wow!!! What a wonderful experience! Nicolas and Raul were so accommodating and nice. They brought the perfect vehicle, and had great timing. They made it so easy. All of my large plants arrived beautifully at the location in a flash. I will definitely be using this app again! Incredibly convenient, efficient and affordable! Loved it!!!

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Omar and Kevin came right on time and were so nice and helpful. They did a great job getting a particularly large and heavy box into our house. Thank you again. We will definitely use this service again when needed.

I have an issue that it took them 40 minutes to discover that they couldn’t get one of the planters. And I was being billed for all of the time. I don’t think this SYstem is very fair

They were so nice, polite, and very prompt with arrival. They checked in often to make sure they didn’t miss anything. Wrapped and handled my belongings as if they were their own. My plants even made it in one piece and not spilled over or snapped so they must have driven very carefully. Definitely would want them again and recommend them to anyone using this app! So appreciative, thanks guys!

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Keith and Roy are the best! They are so knowledgeable and friendly, and they are very thoughtful and careful. They even took the time to protect the leaves of a giant potted plant as they carried it up a spiral staircase- it was a very challenging move and they took care of everything with a smile. I’d absolutely work with them again! Can’t recommend them enough.

Enghel and Walter were amazing movers- not only did they have my entire apartment moved out in less than an hour, but they moved everything safely and took great care of my items. They were accommodating with parking, narrow entrances and stairs. They had no issue disassembling and reassembling my furniture or moving extremely heavy boxes. They also took care of smaller items and plants. I would highly recommend them for any moving/ transportation.

Andres and Michael showed up as promised and moved 18 very heavy planters off the patio and up 4 steps in less than 45 minutes. Hard-working courteous gentlemen. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

These guys are amazing. They make it go right in what they encountered with moving the huge heavy planter and tree they had to move. They were also very polite and just so and competent.

Wonderful experience! We had to deliver some large privacy plants to the house and they were great to work with. On time, kind, helpful and went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

They came up with creative solutions for moving heavy plants to protect our floors, stairs, and walls. Great attitude and sense of humor.

I purchased 2 large stone planters which weighed 200 lbs. each. I loved the planters and if it weren't for these 2 wonderful individuals, I wouldn't have been able to purchase them because I wouldn't have had any way to move them. They were so friendly and placed the planters where I wanted them. I'm very thankful for them and thankful for Home Goods providing this service. 5 stars simply aren't enough!

Stick-to-it-iveness. It was tricky but they persevered! One thing though, if you can get this message to them: THEY LEFT THEIR DOLLY at 185 Painter Street. They can come and pick it up anytime. It is currently behind the blue painted garage, on the North side, in the corridor between the garage and the fence with tall plants. If they want to call me first, they can. Aaron was clever about transporting a plant and very helpful with moving the TV Table . He got he quickly and was able to bring the furniture in very easily. A Real Winner!!

was super careful and considerate of my plants. one of the large branches from my birds of paradise bent in the back of the open air truck and he stuck his hand out the driver side window to hold onto it. thank goodness it was a short distance drive

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Everything , they were FANTASTIC! 5 stars all around !! The only issue I had and it is probably the nature of your business is that I had asked for a pickup because I had tall plants , you upgraded me to a van , luckily the guys who were actually supposed to come told me they needed to give me something different because they didn’t want to mess up the plants which I greatly appreciated , the only thing is the timing got a bit screwed up which in this situation was a little complicated but normally not a huge deal they were actually early and I was running over to the pick up location . All in all great !
