Professional, efficient, and a total breath of fresh air Antrone and Askari exceeded every expectation. They arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and made the whole moving process feel effortless. Their professionalism and attention to detail really set them apart—and let’s be real, that’s not something you find every day. I genuinely appreciated how smoothly everything went. Armondo and Orion were fantastic! Showed up, promptly figured out the best way to get my piles of boxes and furniture down to their truck and loaded. They made sure to unload in a way that let me move around and get my new apartment put together.

Lugg is the best! I wish you had a moving truck vs. a van so we could have moved in one trip since it's charged per minute. Ended up being the same price as a moving company (with a full size truck), if not more, even though we only had boxes and a couch, mattress, tv stand and desk, but the movers were great, friendly, helpful, and timely. If we could've moved in one trip, it would have been highly worth it.

These two were the BEST team that my partner and I could have asked for. They went above and beyond to help us move. Not only did they problem solve like WIZARDS, they were incredibly friendly and made sure that our items were moved safely. Which doesn't even really cover how difficult our job was. We had an incredibly difficult and HEAVY couch to move ( that I think many may have given up on), but they took the time to expertly move it with kindness and grace. I wish I could emphasize even more that they are both such a dream to work with. Truly so grateful for them!

Best team and very easy to work with. We only booked with 1 person but two showed up for the cost of one person’s help. I am extremely happy with their delivery, communication and help.

Gabriel and Caleb were one of the best workers I’ve ever met. They were professional and polite and went above and beyond in making the delivery a joy. They were amazing! We weren’t sure what to expect since this was our first time using Lugg, but Armondo and Jeffry were super friendly, very mindful when carrying, and very willing to listen!! Also, they were super fast too! Definitely the best experience!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

They did the best they could getting the sofa out of a tight squeeze. And we’re super efficient loading the sofa into the destination.

They were: friendly, professional, courteous, efficient - and met the challenge of fitting a huge king size bed through quite small doorways/hallways with good humor and a “can-do” attitude! This was the best experience with movers I have ever had. Great service including text messages for arrival timing. I’d use Lugg again in a heartbeat!
