We had a great experience with this delivery. Rocky and Cruz were friendly and offered us practical advice on how to carry on from where they expertly left off. I could also tell that they took good care of our new dining table and I’m very grateful for that!

I had booked a second order for delivery and it got canceled because Logan thought it was a duplicate order Gracious, and took both orders for me from IKEA and helped out greatly. They were wonderful.

Lovanny and Richard were very professional and courteous. They stayed in constant communication with me and ensured it was a very smooth pickup and delivery.

They were great, super helpful and somewhat concerned that I wasn’t asking them to donate more. This was my time using Lugg a unfortunately the first to luggers were really unhelpful and left without carrying my bed frame to the second floor after delivery. Within a half hour I had the best customer service experience of my life and great part 2 to my Lugg experience. I'll definitely be a returning customer!

Both Mr. Ryan and Mr. Dwight were great! They were on time, and placed the delivery exactly where I asked them to with no issues. Their professionalism was “Second to None”!

They were a couple of hours late, but did make the delivery in good time. Delivery was quick and smooth.

Jonathan and Ryan were wonderful! I needed to have an emergency delivery made to the hospital ICU pretty late in the evening, and they were extremely fast, efficient, and thoughtful. They kept in touch with me throughout the process to let me know their progress, and went above and beyond to bring the delivery right to the nurse taking care of my mom. They handled a small job with truly big hearts, and my mom and I are very grateful for their help.

Aleksey and Ryan came on time and very helpful! They made moving our furniture from one place to another a breeze! I highly recommend them for any small moves you have!

Dwight and Ryan were incredibly communicative from the start. They took initiative by disassembling some of furniture that had an awkward fit in the van to keep the delivery on schedule. They were both polite and professional. I would definitely book them again.

Moshe and Breion were very careful and attentive to their surroundings. Did not rush trying to drop off my four items as if it was a "speed" delivery process. Both were polite and courteous as well as professional. Would definitely use their services again!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Fantastic job by Ralph & Mike Jackson, true gentlemen, worked very hard, were very helpful & kind. Quick, efficient, and even were very patient in dealing with the building’s elevator that went down following the first item they moved; they proceeded to Lugg items up the stairs 2 floors while waiting for emergency elevator maintenance. I was hoping they’d have an easier run & could use the elevator for the majority of the furniture, fortunately the elevator was restored rather quickly but these guys kept trucking via the more difficult route. Easily 5/5 stars, they nailed it & were a delight to work with. We appreciate you both so much Ralph & Mike!! THANK YOU! 🤗

Ryan and Alex were absolutely amazing. They helped us move several heavy pieces of furniture. They arrived on time (actually a few minutes early), were careful with our things and our home, and were wonderful and courteous communicators. We would absolutely hire them again!!

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

Delivery was fast, easy to arrange, great communication with updates, and very professional. The furniture was wrapped and protected during transport. Highly recommend this service.
