I learned of LUGG from someone I sold chairs to. Cruz and Omar did an excellent job and it only took less than an hour. Much less expensive than UHaul's moving labor, plus LUGG supplies a truck or van something UHaul's moving labor does not. Best moving experience ever. - Joann

Amazing service, bordering on incredible!!! We were victims of unacceptable delivery - this time Walmart! They send a queen size bed and a mattress and they have you pay for assembly. Sounds good except they send by FedEx who dump it at the front door. Assembly takes place the next day leaving you with the challenge of lifting 2 long boxes each weighing 70 pounds up 5 staircases into our second bedroom! Lugg and the two young men, Saasaan and Stenley delivered - amazing!!!! I requested them at 4.39pm Friday to be here in the 5-6pm window. They arrived at 5.05pm and the seemingly impossible task was completed and billed by 5.18pm. Yes I tipped them - they are the BEST!!! - Brian

Services were prompt in getting a person out to my location within 30 mins. Hector was ready to go as soon as he arrived and didn’t feel like he was trying to take his sweet time to get more money for the service. He seemed like a guy with integrity, a hard worker and someone I could trust with our furniture to treat with care. If I could hire him specifically next time I totally would. He represented the company well and hope if we need this type of service again that we could have someone like him! This is a great service to offer to people and feel like the pricing was fair overall. Not great, but when you think about the time spent I would say it was worth it! - customer
