The delivery was messed up but it was IKEA’s fault. He stuck around to help solve the problem. He could have easily left but he waited because he cared. It was very nice.

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Barry and Radoslav did a really great job. They had excellent communication keeping me updated every step of the way and letting me know their ETA well in advance. They even went above and beyond showing me a picture of the furniture to make sure it still looked okay. In addition they did a great job bringing it up to my apartment. Could have been happier with the delivery and service!!!

They are very professional, taking pictures before packing furniture and after unpacking furniture, detailing the details of the furniture before and after moving.

Keeping contact . This is key to those of us that work close to home or running out for errand. All i can say is 1000x better than Delivery with Ft L East Home Depot that tossed purchases on the front lawn and many bags open. Very efficient and quick. Thank you

The delivery process was outstanding. Brian kept me up to date with the detail of the delivery. I received texts on expected delivery time and email contact for certificate of insurance needed for the delivery. Upon arrival, Brian took the time to speak with manager and everyone in the building to expedite the delivery. I am extremely great full to Brian for his patience, professionalism and wellness to solve small logistic problems from my building. He gets my outmost respect. Juan and Maximilian did an amazing service. They were here on time, they were highly professional and handled my Ikea boxes with great care. Before they left they asked if we needed anything else. We are very happy with the service. Hopefully next time we need a delivery, we are assigned to them.
