Moving isn't a fever anymore. I've used Lugg 2 times, and each time it was 5*. I don't have to watch them, they managed to to everything perfectly by themselves. Thanks.

Bill and Marquis were excellent movers! They were kind, friendly, and professional. They were patient during the pick up when the vendor was having a hard time releasing the product and were kind enough for me to arrive to help resolve the situation. They packaged and secured the item amazingly and the drive and delivery was incredibly smooth. I would HIGHLY recommend them for my next big purchase. Lugg has made item delivery a stress-free environment! 👍🏻

Both of them were absolute professionals. They were thoughtful and offered to remove the hinges to my door in order to fit the furniture. Fortunately, they did not have to do that and was able to figure out a way to get the chair in without removing the door. They were on time, quick, communicated well throughout the process, and they were appreciated.

Jared and Pedro were kind, helpful, and polite. They were careful moving through doorways etc and did a great job.

Super friendly and helpful. Very fast efficient and took care of my things. Not a single complaint despite moving out of a third floor walkup into a third floor walk up. Both were excellent.

Cannot tell you how much I appreciate your company Finally someone figured out how to do delivery !! I have been dealing with the Other IKEA delivery. Company NIGHTMARE called SELECT EXPRESS !!! Since 5/17/2022!!! Until today- I spent the last 5 Saturday and Sunday home waiting to no vail Anyway thank you/ fast efficient and professional The 2 gentlemen were wonderful / Thank you again,

Andrew and Christopher were very good delivery guys. Very polite, very helpful and professional. Seems like they’d be fun to hang around with from my short time spent with them. Felt bad they had a long day ahead of them (driving to deliveries) but the weather was good on the day they came. Should I ever need help moving again, I’d definitely ask for Andy and Chris again! 👍🏻

Juan and Nykolys were great! They kept me updated along their trip from the store to my home, and were very friendly and helpful by bringing my items into the room I wanted them in.

I reached out to Lugg after another on-demand service could not follow through. My request was assigned to William & Alex under an hour, and they were great. Alex communicated with me during the entire process, and were at my home in no time. Getting my couch in definitely required some work 😮‍💨, but they were great sports about it. Great service from start to finish. Would definitely use LUGG again. Thank you 😊

They were punctual, professional and took great care to move the dresser without damaging it or my freshly painted walls. They were communicative and friendly. I felt safe with them in my home which is important for a single woman. These guys surpassed my expectations as well as experiences with other app based movers. LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

Daniel & Jason were very professional they took extra care not to damage the furniture and door frames leading into our home. They kept us updated on their route and delivery time. I would definitely recommend them!
