Dave and Chris did a great job moving 38 sheets of drywall down a small hill and up some stairs into my house.

Worked hard and the Goodwill did not take the cabinet so they contacted me and spoke with the manager and tried to get the manager to take the cabinet but Goodwill didn’t have space for it so they phoned me and had to return the items to my house which was a lot of moving heavy items for them. I appreciated their help and professional attitude throughout the process.

These guys were amazing. We had a complicated and unique move involving removing heavy pieces of furniture from a large yacht at the end of a very long dock and up a very, steep ramp, multiple times. Many companies wouldn’t take on such a task or would charge us too much to make it feasible. Ramon and Jose didn’t even mention the numerous challenges with our move. They were careful, professional, courteous, flexible with their time, and we couldn’t have done this without them. We highly recommend hiring them and when we need help in the future, we know who to call.

These guys rule! They were all the boxes. Simple and direct w questions/ quick and efficient reaction to guidance. My couch was a bit complex- vintage, heavy and fold up so it moved a lot during the process- but these guys kept cool and gentle with the piece! Moving it all the way to where I needed.

Kent and Robert were very friendly, and prompt and professional. Overall enjoyed the whole moving experience. Would recommend lugg 100%!

NEVER MOVING W/OUT THESE FOLX AGAIN Timely, communicative, respectful, hardworking. I was also upgraded to their largest truck option for free even though I had reserved a pickup truck (the smallest option) a couple days prior And I had a 35% discount for booking one "lugger". All in all it ended up being legit 50% less (at least) than the going rate of other moving companies I looked at when shopping. They even had another person there solely to drive so no need to worry about driving a moving truck Smooth moving experience got all my furniture I booked for one hour but it actually took two, they were so patient

Very kind, quick and professional movers! They delivered a couch to my home and even helped move out the old couch—removing the legs for me to fit out the door. This was my first time using the app and I will definitely use again.

Communication. We knew where the truck was in real time. Able to message detail directions to the guys. Superior service. The guys went way above and beyond great service. They were friendly, willing and capable in every respect.

Did all the lifting, were very careful with my items and offered to assemble my heavy dresser. I would hire them again for any of my moving/heavy lifting needs!

It was a very rainy day, and the guys wrapped the mattresses so they wouldn't get all wet. They were careful with my household items, since the work area was cluttered. They used moving pads to avoid any scratches or damage. Even though the move was just a few blocks, they strapped everything, making sure the items wouldn't move around. They even helped putting the mattresses in place. Very good communication and very professional.

They were on time, VERY nice guys, very careful moving Items in the house and down a hallway, We would definitely refer Lugg and Davari and Cobey.

They both really cared about my home and were very careful moving my items from upstairs to downstairs. Fredy has been one of my Lugg movers in the past and it was so nice to see him again. Celerino was just as wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Lugg and both Fredy and Celerino.

Davari and Christian are the nicest, most considerate guys. They moved our stuff with care and did not mind removing their shoes inside the house. I would give more stars if I could! We will definitely ask them back if we have more heavy things to move. Thanks, guys!!

Claudio and Cobey were fantastic! They were efficient, careful, and incredibly helpful. They moved my large recliner and cabinet with ease, without any damage. I highly recommend them for any moving needs!

They were exceptionally professional, meticulous is placing and moving our appliances.
