Jerome and Michael B. Were perfect. I used the Lugg website to arrange to deliver my Craig’s List find to my home (large chest freezer). In short they veered awesome. Arrived within the time frame specified, called 30 minutes before they arrived, Handel my merchandise with attention and care. They were both easy to work with a navigated my stairs and small door ways. I will use Lugg again!

Excellent service. Very friendly and experienced movers. Stated will be between 1pm to 2pm and they were already picking up our item and delivered it by 1:15pm. Very prompt and would definitely use this service again. Thank you

I have always been satisfied with your movers as I was with them. I will use you again and refer you. I gave a cash tip so that is the reason I selected no tip. I like to tip cash whenever possible.

The ride share app experience for furniture, etc. The in app features were a breeze to use. I purchased a used armoire too large for my vehicle. I booked Lugg within minutes and went home. I received a text they arrived at the store an hour and a half later, exactly within the time window I had booked. They spent a few minutes at the store loading up. I received a text they were on the way. I could follow their location on the map in real time. They arrived and delivered with professionalism at every step. Exactly what I was looking for, and having many times used other local single large item delivery services (fridge, couch, desk, sectional), Lugg pricing was in-line and perfectly reasonable.

Lugg is the best for having furniture delivered. I found a bathroom vanity with an extremely heavy (250lb+) stone top that never would have been feasible for me to bring home. Lugg handled it seamlessly and made the process a breeze. The prices were totally fair in my opinion too!

Could not ask for more friendly and helpful movers! Very careful and respectful in my space and with my pets too. I’ve been lucky enough to work with these guys before and they are a great team!!!

Ryan and Alex were absolutely amazing. They helped us move several heavy pieces of furniture. They arrived on time (actually a few minutes early), were careful with our things and our home, and were wonderful and courteous communicators. We would absolutely hire them again!!

Edgar & Steven were efficient, strong, expert movers. They were patient gentlemen that allowed me to move things an inch here & there repeatedly. I really appreciated their help & felt safe around them. I hope that I get them the next time I Lugg. They were friendly, warm & pointed out flaws in the items I didn’t notice initially. My fragile items were safely delivered & carried up stairs multiple times. Can’t say enough wonderful things about these 2 - Thank you!

These guys made it so stress free. Very friendly and helpful. Items that previous lugg movers found hard to move, these guys got the job done with ease and on time . They went above and beyond ! They knew the most sufficient way to pack my pod. So we’ll organized and they were very clever on how to move and organize items asking for my input . This was a stress free move! Ron and Jawan had the most excellent communication of any movers I have ever worked with and they were great to work with. They were professional, on time, focused, careful, and kind. Took good care of my walls and furniture (even the heavy pieces!) Good dudes & high quality movers. I’m so grateful for their help.

Sean and Jason are excellent movers. They showed up on time, had the correct tools, and disassembled a bed and desk and many other items. They had to drive in 95 degree heat to our destination in Berkeley and did great putting everything in the house. And they were very friendly from beginning to end. Above and beyond.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

They were prompt and courteous even before we ran into some struggle with the size of the couch and the arrangement of the doorway. Semisi was quick to brainstorm and had a tape measure handy to ensure fitting the couch through a window would work. Jamal was right there with assistance the whole time. Both movers had can-do attitudes and didn’t complain about carrying a couch all over the yard. 10/10 experience with these guys.

Servio and Carlos are HEROES!! They moved our entire office from a large air-controlled indoor storage unit to a much bigger storage unit (that we needed) in the same facility but it was located🌾🌾outside🌞!! We all know it was crazy 🥵 hot a couple of days ago, so to say a big move was challenging 😰 was a huge understatement🤯! Furthermore, the elevators🛗barely worked throughout the afternoon😒and they still persevered, pivoting in the smartest🧠most efficient ways possible. No matter what, this move actually took waaaay longer ⏳….⌛️⌛️ than I had ever anticipated😳, compounded by the blazing ☀️☀️. Servio & Carlos did not leave me hanging in that awful heat🔥, cause they😵‍💫kept at it 💪🏻💪🏼. 🤔They asked me questions🙋🏻‍♂️, offered suggestions💁🏻‍♂️, and worked with me🫱🏾‍🫲🏼after everyone had gone 🏃🏽🏃🏼‍♀️💨. 🙏🏾Please consider giving them a bonus🤑! Or the LUGGERs of the WEEK Award🏆🏆! At least a feature on the home page💻 with testimonials. Surely🙏🏾, I’m not the first👏🏻👏🏼👏🏽👏🏾 to praise🫶🏾them. They were incredibly! They had to maneuver, a huge lateral filing cabinet down two sets of stairs as well as a fat love seat. The whole job was huge success! Heavy duty movers!

Fantastic experience the guys arrived on site on time, followed instructions exactly, were kind, accommodating and packaged everything expertly. These are the most professional movers I’ve worked, far more expert than cross country national movers. Very happy with their works and highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Lugg movers! The team was incredibly careful and professional while delivering a heavy marble top coffee table to our home. They ensured it was safely brought into our family room and placed exactly where we wanted it. Their attention to detail and care for the table was impressive. Highly recommend their service!

These guys did an awesome job despite the person who scheduled them incorrectly. We were to have 1 bed picked up from my home and dropped off to a destination. Then a bed picked up from destination and returned to my home. They were not scheduled for a bed to be returned to my home. I stated what I wanted with the person scheduling and they failed with the request. Not the problem on the movers behalf, but the person who scheduled them failed to inform me that it was a problem or it couldn't be done. Sad because anytime we hire them, the movers are doing as they are instructed. With no direct communication from the office to straighten it out.

Used Tyler and Robert to get our clothing donations to a donation drop off--they were speedy and communicative and I would happily book Lugg for my next home help project!
