In a situation when dealing with moving elderly, having respectful kind helpers to make, this move is so important! This is the second time I’ve Had them help me with a move and both times were extraordinarily successful.

Not only was this a great experience but it makes for two in a row. First exposure to Lugg was yesterday, when a different Lugg client used Lugg to pick up some items from me. It was quickly arranged and that team was reliable, conscientious, careful, polite, respectful, professional, ready with blankets, dollies and wrap, worked fast, and ... should I go on? So I immediately joined up and scheduled today's small job of moving furniture from room to room. Aram and Dmitri were just as great as the guys yesterday. This is a terrific service, which is what inspired me to take the time to write this. Perfection. Bravo!

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. I was so relieved when I was able to get my new aquarium to my house because PetSmart wouldn’t ship it because it was a special item. I just happened to run across Lugg on Google so I filled out what I needed to online for a pick up to haul, which is very convenient, chose a time & day I needed them & I was done! Best mover experience ever! Ted & Joey were very efficient, helpful, friendly & professional! They moved a heavy large lateral file cabinet from an office store to my home. They were very patient as I attached felt pads to prevent scratching my refinished hardwood floors. I fully trusted their expertise. Well worth the money!!

We bought a table from someone over the FB marketplace and we weren’t at the place of pickup to help, although the seller was rude and didn’t help, he didnt cancel and did it all by himself embracing the situation. Totally good experience for us and will use Lug for other moving stuff.

Almir & Joey were awesome. They were very contentious, and made sure to cover and secure everything during the move. They were also careful not to ding walls and doorways when moving the items into the house. Great job guys!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Both of my luggers gambit and matongo are very nice and approachable. They are very efficient. Know what they are doing. They took care of my stuff when moving. Done their job with quality even when its raining. Its my first time to use lugg and im amazed by their job. I recommend these people! Ill surely use them again for my next need for moving. Ill give them 10 stars!!!!!

they did the job very well, except they put my fridge on a side, because it was too tall for the van. I told them that having the fridge on a side is not good for the fridge, they lifted it and placed it diagonally... I hope that it will not affect my fridge eventually. That was the only concern I have. The rest went very well.
