These guys were incredible. Beyond efficient, did so much of the heavy lifting for us. Should be too movers if there is a ranking system. Would hire again if I could contact them directly.

Renard and Henry were very friendly, professional and careful movers. They even informed me of a small damage on the piece I bought. They sent a photo of the area to make sure I was aware of it and then followed up with a phone call. They were prompt, as well. My initial movers were delayed, but once they took over, they efficient in getting the job done. Thank you!-Jenna G

Servio and Carlos are HEROES!! They moved our entire office from a large air-controlled indoor storage unit to a much bigger storage unit (that we needed) in the same facility but it was located🌾🌾outside🌞!! We all know it was crazy 🥵 hot a couple of days ago, so to say a big move was challenging 😰 was a huge understatement🤯! Furthermore, the elevators🛗barely worked throughout the afternoon😒and they still persevered, pivoting in the smartest🧠most efficient ways possible. No matter what, this move actually took waaaay longer ⏳….⌛️⌛️ than I had ever anticipated😳, compounded by the blazing ☀️☀️. Servio & Carlos did not leave me hanging in that awful heat🔥, cause they😵‍💫kept at it 💪🏻💪🏼. 🤔They asked me questions🙋🏻‍♂️, offered suggestions💁🏻‍♂️, and worked with me🫱🏾‍🫲🏼after everyone had gone 🏃🏽🏃🏼‍♀️💨. 🙏🏾Please consider giving them a bonus🤑! Or the LUGGERs of the WEEK Award🏆🏆! At least a feature on the home page💻 with testimonials. Surely🙏🏾, I’m not the first👏🏻👏🏼👏🏽👏🏾 to praise🫶🏾them. The ride share app experience for furniture, etc. The in app features were a breeze to use. I purchased a used armoire too large for my vehicle. I booked Lugg within minutes and went home. I received a text they arrived at the store an hour and a half later, exactly within the time window I had booked. They spent a few minutes at the store loading up. I received a text they were on the way. I could follow their location on the map in real time. They arrived and delivered with professionalism at every step. Exactly what I was looking for, and having many times used other local single large item delivery services (fridge, couch, desk, sectional), Lugg pricing was in-line and perfectly reasonable.

Reynard and Bryon were excellent movers! They arrived at the store promptly to pick up my items and delivered them to me just as quickly. They asked if I wanted help setting it up, but I declined as I needed other things to complete the space. Polite and courteous,too!

Lugg is the best for having furniture delivered. I found a bathroom vanity with an extremely heavy (250lb+) stone top that never would have been feasible for me to bring home. Lugg handled it seamlessly and made the process a breeze. The prices were totally fair in my opinion too!
