They met my roommates at our complex’s gate when I had to be in an emergency video call for work and helped carry some very heavy pieces of furniture to our apartment. Thanks so much for your flexibility & kindness, Joshua & Richard!

These guys were great. Not one scuff scratch or mark on the furniture and we have a very narrow staircase leading to our apartment, plus our entryway isn’t made to help you get anything inside. But they did it and made it look too easy.

Javion and Diego were amazing. They handled everything so smoothly and didn’t even get stressed when my new apartments elevators weren’t working correctly yet. 10/10

Moved our new sofa upstairs to our apartment quickly without any hassle. Super friendly. Highly recommend these guys.

Armando and Benson were excellent! They were super efficient with time and took great care of my furniture by protecting it on the drive over and layering blankets to protect it on the way up to my apartment. I really appreciate all of their help!

They were awesome in getting my couch to my second story apartment. Even when I didn’t think it was going to work they kept at it and got the job done.

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

This was my first time using Lugg, I really just needed a pickup & an extra set of hands to transfer my new desk I had purchased to my apartment. My lugger came prepared with not only that but a few blankets & wrap to keep my new purchase safe while we traveled a few miles north on the interstate. I’m so grateful he had such care with my item! The whole experience was about 30 minutes long, a quick trip but honestly so helpful! He was friendly, attentive & I’m just really grateful for the help!

They were great & Respectful. I live in an apartment complex where there’s a code to the door and then you come up. They took instructions perfectly and came up with a great attitude even tho its tedious to get up here. Thank you so much !!

Omar was friendly and enthusiastic with doing his job. He moved the boxes from his truck into the apartment complex and then into my unit.

LUGG movers always show up within the hour I choose for them to come, usually at the beginning, and always ready to do the task. They are efficient and careful workers

My apartment doesnt have an elevator, only stairs, but that didnt stop this A+ team from doing their best! Excellent service, they took great care with my delivery and I super appreciate it. Thanks again!

Ray and Romy were awesome! They helped us haul a bunch of our things to our new place. This includes bring our sofa up to our third floor apartment via stairs. Well equipped, fast, friendly, and helpful!

Listened well, followed my preferences for room placement cheerfully, were careful with my boxes, and worked very well as a team getting through all the doors necessary to safely get my stuff into my apartment and Bryon had excellent space planning suggestions so my boxes did not take up valuable floor space. Wow! Best Luggers yet! Will definitely use Lugg App again when I need to!

Sadiki and Carlos were absolute pros! 🚛🔥 They handled my move with efficiency, skill, and a great attitude from start to finish. Everything was packed and transported with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. Christian is great and he helped to move the sofa to my apartment which is not possible for me to finish it alone.

They figured out how to get into my big apartment building and brought all the items into my unit. They were super friendly, on time and gentle with my stuff that they were lugging! Thanks guy!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Movers were nice, communicative and very efficient!

He tried hard to figure out how to get the sofa in the elevator and to the apartment when it wouldn’t fit easily through the door(s). He was keen to wrap the sofa to make sure it won’t get dirty or scratch the wall. The one thing though is that the plastic covers kept falling off until he fastened it very well in the final step. I think the learning is to fasten the wrapping very well to start with.

They were super quick once they arrive on getting my package in, they not only brought it to the front door but actually brought it right into my apartment, and both were very polite!!

Steve and Anthony are awesome, they got my heavy couch out of a very tough spot in my apartment. I really appreciated the extra effort they put in to move the couch, it was not easy to get into that room and it was not easy to get out and I’m very thankful they were able to do the job. Amazing work ☺️

They were on time, quick and efficient. Loaded a 200lb purple mattress down one set of stairs, in the van, 22 minute drive to new apartment, up another set of stairs in 1 hour! Would definitely use them again!
