Eugene & William were extremely nice, careful with the furniture, swift, and very patient when there was a hangup at the donation drop-off location! Very grateful that they were assigned to my task.

Marvin & Shawnell were very punctual, courteous, handled the furniture with expert care, the furniture was carefully protected with plastic wrapping they were attentive to instructions. It was a very efficient job. I totally recommend this crew.

Not only moved all my pieces so carefully, but also reattached the legs to the table for me. Super nice guys!

Michael and Jerome were on time, communicated well, carefully wrapped and moved the furniture, sent photos ahead of pickup to make sure we knew about imperfections on the furniture, efficiently moved the furniture in, helped us move other furniture around, and we're very friendly and professional. Excellent service!

Your technician weren’t able to place the box spring in the bedroom and they scuffed the hallway walls and left the box spring on my carport. This type of service is unacceptable and I hope you will be able to rectify this complaint immediately.

Really great job, exceeded all of my expectations. When there was a delay in pickup, Lugg upgraded my van to a box which was very appreciated. The movers texted me every step of the way before their arrival.

Michael and Shazam went out of their way to ensure the move went smoothly, especially since I was transporting some of my belongings in slightly unconvential ways.

They were incredibly fast. They were easy to work with. When salvation Army declined some of the donations, they took them to Goodwill industries, which did. I can’t trave enough about them. They were princes.
