Fantastic job by Ralph & Mike Jackson, true gentlemen, worked very hard, were very helpful & kind. Quick, efficient, and even were very patient in dealing with the building’s elevator that went down following the first item they moved; they proceeded to Lugg items up the stairs 2 floors while waiting for emergency elevator maintenance. I was hoping they’d have an easier run & could use the elevator for the majority of the furniture, fortunately the elevator was restored rather quickly but these guys kept trucking via the more difficult route. Easily 5/5 stars, they nailed it & were a delight to work with. We appreciate you both so much Ralph & Mike!! THANK YOU! 🤗

Aleksey and Ryan came on time and very helpful! They made moving our furniture from one place to another a breeze! I highly recommend them for any small moves you have!

They were very efficient, brought my couch up stairs with ease, and even made sure to take the wrapping that my couch was in, which was very helpful being that I don’t have a dumpster in my community. The couch came in perfect condition. They were very communicative, and all around wonderful to work with!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They took extra steps to ensure sure my couch was not damaged during moving by wrapping the corners and edges.

Michael and Yadier worked so smart and so efficiently - a true team. I couldn’t have moved my furniture or rugs by myself. Because of their help, I had a very productive Saturday! I wish more people knew that Lugg wasn’t just for hiring help to move things from point A to point B, but also to provide help within the house. Lugg was my go-to in San Francisco, and now in Austin! LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

This needs 10 more stars! John and Yadier were and are the thing since slice bread! But better! Never has a delivery been so smooth and uneventful! These two men carried in a 53”x84” heavily framed mirror. They were happy, polite and proud of the work they were doing. I definitely will have them help me again and again!

They unexpectedly showed up an hour early which I don't think was their fault. It didn't matter. The machine was crazy heavy and we had to take it one step at a time and constantly think and reconsider how to go about bringing it up the stairs. They did well, but I was expecting them to have more helping tools to lift heavy objects up narrow stairs (they repurposed tie-down straps as lifting straps, but purpose-built lifting straps could've helped a lot more). Other tools like a XXL hand truck with large wheels could've helped. The machine had wheels so 2 long ramps laid over the stairs (decreasing the grade of the ramp) would've made the move almost trivial. GIVE THEM MORE TOOLS! They did the best they could with what they had and I am very happy they got it done.

Great guys! Excellent service! I like that they thought through moving large furniture up stairwells and brought plastic wrap to ensure my furniture was protected.
