Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.

The price was fair and they didn’t charge extra for the hard lifting! Everything arrived in perfect condition!

The guys were great with what they had to deal with. The truck was supposed to fit in the parking garage that was height max of 8’ 2” . The truck that was used (and was picked by the Lugg app ) was 6’5”. It did not fit into the parking garage so the 2 movers had to go up the parking garage carrying the sofa. More time on the clock, more manpower was needed. The other 3 items : Peloton bike, 8x10 wool rug and 76 x 32” mirror was loaded by the 2 movers into the truck and delivered to the destination but my son had to put them in the elevator and carry them to the apartment because the movers weren’t able to because of the couch that they had to deal with since the truck that was supposed to be able to drive up to my floor couldn’t fit. Had we all known the truck wouldn’t fit in the parking garage we would have planned accordingly but the truck size was misleading. Hence we were charged more and had to move 3 of the 4 items without assistance at destination. Not the drivers fault at all. They definitely went above and beyond.

Love two employees, next time I think two people who can actually lift heavy stuff is best. I had to help movers myself to be able to accomplish the task and it set my work schedule back.

I had the pleasure of working with Adrian and Hector for a recent move, and I cannot recommend them enough! These two movers were an absolute dream team when it came to transporting our brand-new couch from IKEA to uptown Dallas. They were laser-focused on getting our couch to its destination safely and efficiently, and they didn't waste a single second. They worked very efficiently. Moved all the big items including bedframes and mattresses from right from the apartment at pick up location and brought up everything in new apartment as well. Thank you so much Lugg for making the move-in procedure so easy and stress free. :)

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

The movers arrived on time and did a great job moving items from our garage into two bedrooms after we refinished our floors. This was a quick and easy solution to moving a few heavy items we did not want to move on our own! Thanks guys :)

The movers were great. But the update service is horrible they arrived 2 hours late and with no prior notification they were being held up.

James and Patrick managed to safely get a very large piece of furniture around some tight corners and in place. Highly recommend!
