Tomas and Omar were so incredibly friendly, efficient, and respectful of my belongings. They had a cheerful attitude the entire time, and made the stressful experience of moving so much nicer. Jose and Edenilson were amazing! True professionals who made moving between apartments such a breeze. I had a lot of bulky furniture and heavy boxes that they took care of without issue. They brought plastic wrap and moving blankets to protect my items as well. They had no difficulty managing a large busy street and a small tight street with the box truck. I moved a 1-bedroom apartment’s worth of items and booked Jose and Edenilson to arrive between 12-1… They arrived at 11:50am I was fully moved into my new apartment before 1pm. Amazing!!

Great Team. They were early and ready to work once I showed them what needed to be moved. They help wrap the breakable items and secured the things that need to be secured before moving. Very helpful and easy to work with. Thank you for a great Job.

Homer and David did an amazing job moving a really large heavy 350lbs piece of furniture. They were super careful and efficient. I definitely could not have done the job myself.

Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.

I recently hired Lugg to assist with moving my grandmother’s belonging after she moved into assisted living, and I honestly couldn’t have done it without them. The process of sorting through her belongings and getting everything packed up was overwhelming, but Hector and Jose as a team made it seamless. They were extremely efficient, handling everything with care and precision. It’s clear they’ve worked together often, as their coordination and flow were spot-on. They took the stress out of a very emotional and challenging situation. I have been fortunate to work with them on two project over the last couple weeks. Highly recommend these two!

So helpful, and quick and thoughtful helping me move! I only needed to move one bedframe and mattress but they came prepared with everything (mattress bag, and tools) and did everything (disassembly moving and storing) in under an hour. Such a great job, would definitely use again

Kenny and Joseph were fantastic! They messaged me when they were on their way and they arrived fully prepared with moving blankets and wrapping material. They moved my large hutch, sofa chair, and lamp so carefully. They are a fantastic team!

Edgar was terrific in communication so he was my 'foreman' for two other Luggers I hired. He was very efficient but not racing around and risking any damage to my possessions. I'm definitely glad he showed up for my job of unloading my moving truck and bringing everything upstairs into my apartment.

Both Edwin and Helvert really display hustle! I don't think they stopped moving the whole time they were on the clock. I hired them to unload my own moving truck and move all of my possessions into my third floor apartment. This included a very heavy motorized adjustable bed frame which they handled expertly with care and were able to fit into a very tiny elevator to prevent moving it up the stairwell. Edwin was especially great at communicating and understanding my request for the order in which things had to be moved in. They make a good team.

Tomas and Luis were all aboard the project. They not only worked through the hiccups of a heavy washer and many steps, but helped on the small details that came up: moving other items, protecting and wiping floors and rugs, and more. Very collaborative and proactive.

Juvenal & Roberto did an excellent job moving furniture up and down stairs, figuring how best to fit items in a shed as well as the garage. They were also very careful with all items and I appreciated their help very much!

These two ultra professional guys were beyond fabulous. They were super flexible, very careful with valuable furniture, worked quickly, were understanding when the whole moving situation blew up and someone called the cops and we had to wait a while, wrapped and packed beautifully, etc. I could not possibly have asked for better guys.
