Robert and Jose were great and champs for hauling all my stuff up three flights of stairs.

They pulled a job that most people would have walked away from. I was more than impressed with their tenacity to finish the job

Claudio and Brandon quickly yet carefully delivered and moved the sectional sofa to our living room. They were friendly, professional and great to work with.

Mark & Emad are super nice and made hauling furniture across the city a simple task! A chore that would have taken me all day to get done was finished in a couple of hours thanks to these guys. They were very professional and careful with maneuvering large pieces around a small space even taking the time to tape off the doorways to avoid scrapes. So, if you are looking to get a dirty job done fast, without breaking a sweat while also working with attentive people who will communicate with you through out the whole process then they are definitely the way to go.

Lugg is the one app that brings together great user experience with great offline service in unexpected ways. I have booked 3 Luggs - one same-day, after another mover dropped out at the last minute - and every single one has been prompt, friendly, affordable, and extremely professional. I am shocked by how seamless and delightful this experience is. It’s the kind of thing that was unimaginable just a few years ago. Lugg has set a new standard for moving, hauling and furniture delivery. I’m such a fan!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Wow! This service could change our lives! Like Lyft for hauling. We bought a recliner chair at West Elm today, and were planning to borrow a truck from someone to bring it home, but Lugg did it for us in under a hour. Mulusew and Terrance were very helpful, and even moved the old chair downstairs for us. Mulusew showed me how to claim my first-time user $10 off code. Great service!

I was more than impressed with Brandon’s customer service. On top of that when things got difficult, they worked together to problem solve. These guys are truly why I would use this service again

Claudio and Brandon did an excellent job moving a very heavy desk out of a house with very narrow hallways.
