This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

They were very communicative throughout the whole process. There was some worry that our furniture may not fit in the truck and Costco was also giving them a hard time with picking up our furniture, but the two of them were able to sort out these difficulties independent of us. They were so friendly and we are very glad to have their help through the process.

Needed help moving an accent chair from Costco to my apartment. The movers were very friendly and fast. They helped break the box down and set the chair nicely on my carpet for me. I will use Lugg again and highly recommend them 👍

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Met early at Costco and assisted with four huge sofa boxes. Made it easy as they also helped load it into my house. Couldn’t have done it without them! Thanks!

On time, and super efficient. They had an incredibly difficult piece of furniture to navigate stairs with, and they did it with no issues.

Armondo & Casey were on time and worked quickly. They met me at Costco, loaded up the 3-piece sectional, and we were off! Delivery was efficient & they placed everything exactly where I needed it. I would highly recommend Lugg to anyone!

In the midst of a busy day I was able to quickly sign up with Lugg, and take advantage of an incredible deal at Costco. I was able to easily communicate with, and track the delivery drivers, and everything went smoothly. Would recommend, way easier than renting a truck and convincing a friend to help me out.

Collin & Loris couldn’t have been nicer and did a great job picking up our entertainment cabinet from Costco and delivering to our in-laws home. They even unboxed it and moved it in place. 5 stars!

I bought a couch from Costco which was not very cooperative while trying to get it inside our basement. It took 90 minutes, after trying varying options, to get this in. Roel was super patient and very friendly throughout the whole process. He was brainstorming various ways to get this couch in. I had to attend a meeting during the whole process too, but he stayed there trying out options. I am very thankful for his help and highly recommend him. Thank you Roel!

Ramon and Jose did a great job. They were cordial, and quick. All of my things arrived in one piece (nothing broken). They were careful not to mark up walls when carrying awkward furniture.

Excellent communication and quicker furniture delivery than even most food orders. They picked up and dropped off from the east side to west side faster than Uber Eats/Door Dash for next door burgers. Once here, they placed the furniture smoothly and quickly without any scratches to our property or furniture!

Jeremy and Robert worked fast and handled my furniture with care. The pickup location was a bit tricky, and the furniture was heavy, but they navigated everything well and delivered it within the expected time frame.

They did a great job. They were friendly and worked quickly. They did not, however, wrap any of my furniture and I don’t think it took them 70 minutes to unload into my new apartment. I would still recommend Lugg

Accommodating and professional service. They arrived on time and were very efficient and careful with handling the couch, which I appreciated. I estimated I would be able to get the furniture up the stairs with only one other person and how wrong I was. Fortunately they were there to help with the heavy lifting, as this job was way beyond what me and another friend would have been handle on our own. Thank you so much again!

These guys were amazing. We had a complicated and unique move involving removing heavy pieces of furniture from a large yacht at the end of a very long dock and up a very, steep ramp, multiple times. Many companies wouldn’t take on such a task or would charge us too much to make it feasible. Ramon and Jose didn’t even mention the numerous challenges with our move. They were careful, professional, courteous, flexible with their time, and we couldn’t have done this without them. We highly recommend hiring them and when we need help in the future, we know who to call.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.
