I was under the impression that the movers were just going to unload the couch I bought on the curb. Dennis and Romario brought it to the loading dock, unloaded it, and even brought it to the apartment. I was very happy with their effort. They were also super friendly the entire time. Juan & Miguel we’re on time, friendly, careful with my furniture, respectful, had a clean van, clean movers pads & bungee cords and knew how to do their job. Overall a very good Lugg experience. I tipped them in cash.

AMAZING 🤩 TOTAL PROS Nathan and Jason were timely and extremely professional. They brought plastic furniture wrap, moving blankets, etc and took great caution with walls and common areas in both buildings. On top of that, they somehow managed to complete the job faster than any movers I’ve had in the past. They were friendly, quick, careful, and provided EXPERT work. 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!
