Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

The couch part of it was huge. Both men did a great job getting in our living room. Very polite and hard working gentleman. We would recommend LUGG to anyone. You all are the best. The communications were excellent. We are 100 % satisfied. Thanks so much. 😊

Deyson and Edward are the best movers I have ever worked with (certainly at Lugg but also in my lifetime of moving). They were conscientious, extremely careful with my belongings and thoughtful every step of the way. I only want to work with Deyson and Edward going forward. They are exceptional movers and extremely professional.

My Luggers were outstanding! So professional & even had a 2-wheeler to move a very heavy stone tabletop out of my car & up to my condo. Whole operation took about twenty minutes - so easy! I will definitely use Lugg again & would love it if I could request this same team. Lugg is the BEST.

LUGG movers always show up within the hour I choose for them to come, usually at the beginning, and always ready to do the task. They are efficient and careful workers

Erick picked up a tablet and stylus at a Best Buy in Boston for me as we live in South Carolina to deliver to our nephew who was in the hospital. Despite having texts from me and photos of the email confirmations from Best Buy, they would not release one of the items to him. He was very persistent with them as I had texted him about our nephew and he called me to speak with Best Buy employees. Luckily they gave the items to him. He offered to even take the items to our nephew directly if he was allowed to his room. It was very kind of him. I wasn’t sure if our nephew was being discharged, so needed someone to deliver to the hospital instead of relying on Best Buy delivery. Very grateful!

In an unfortunate situation where my couch didn’t fit into my apartment, Deyson and Edward did their best to measure every doorway available. They were friendly, kind and extremely patient and considerate ! They stayed with me while I made alternative plans and tried their best to care for my couch so that I could make my return.

These guys are always the BEST! So punctual and they carefully wrapped the dresser for transport. The woman I bought the dresser from asked me for the name of the moving company I used bc she was so impressed, so these guys are bringing in new business!

Furniture wouldn’t fit and they made sure we were taken care of…helped us navigate an app that wasn’t helpful, texted a colleague to help us out and made sure they could take back the furniture to the store. They were the best.
