We had an almost impossible task to fit everything into a small storage locker. Darren and David did an outstanding job. I've always had a good experience with Lugg. These guys were the best yet!

Everything was packed and transported with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. Ryan and Leonardo were awesome! They communicated with me about everything and the for the move done very quickly. Even when they ran into issues at my storage facility, they worked work me to get it resolved. I will definitely hire Lugg again, and if possible, I would request Ryan and Leonardo without hesitation.

Deavondia and Chris went above and beyond to carefully and completely move almost an entire studio apartment to storage. They were polite, hardworking, and flexible. And they were so nice. I really appreciate everything they accomplished for me and I would recommend them 110%. 🌟

Robert and Gennaddi were great moving our stuff to storage. They know how to arrange the sofa in the storage too to make it space efficient.

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

These two hustled the whole 3.5 hours we had them, were patient when storage unit was too small and had to get a bigger unit.

These guys were experts. They were careful with the truck AND with my belongings. So much personality. They helped me get on the elevator to show them where the storage unit was. I am claustrophobic and these guys calmed me all the way up and all the way down on the elevator. Amazing experience. Thank you LUGG

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

LUGG movers always show up within the hour I choose for them to come, usually at the beginning, and always ready to do the task. They are efficient and careful workers

They worked efficiently, took care to wrap items together, and expertly stacked everything to fit a storage unit perfectly!

I don't know if I misused your service or if the movers are under a different impression than the app gives. I'm just gonna detail my experience and if I sound like a crazy person then everyone got paid and my stuff got moved its all good, but if it sounds like a different experience you'd like to provide than you guys can take those steps. So I ordered a truck and 1 Lugger because I was planning to help with lifting. I detailed as much as I could about what I was moving to be fair to the other mover but it all required two people, hence me using your service, and I planned on being one of those two. The truck is 6ft which fits my queen mattress and large mirror in terms of length. They sent 2 Luggers in a van. Not a super big deal but the service showed up late and I super appreciate the $10 credit, just want to detail it all. When they showed up they told me the service I paid for was a light service which is usually one thing that one guy can carry. I told them I planned to help lift and didn't know it was only one piece of furniture. They said well there's two of us so it's okay but we'll contact lugg because this is more than the service you requested. Now the app says whatever fits in the vehicle not one piece of furniture and it also says be ready to help lift if it gets heavy so I didn't think I did anything out of order. One was really helpful and willing and the other a little begrudgingly so. They contacted lugg and they weren't charging me extra but the movers were getting paid appropriately so great. So they load everything up and there's a ton of extra space in the van they sent, but because of the vibe and the initial confusion I just accepted that I'll move everything else myself. All in all it was what I needed, but the delay, the awkward beginning feeling like I was taking advantage of an advertised service, and the unused space in the van leaves me a little eh. Next time I know to request the van straight out but I wish I would've been charged more in order fit the rest of my stuff in there. Would've saved me a ton work and time.

The guys did a great job, moving an old bed to our storage unit.  They were very professional and friendly, and did a great job!

It felt like having a friend help with moving.” He was our main Lugger because we only needed one person to help at the storage unit. Dara helped load some stuff to go to the dump when we realized not everything fit our Uhaul. Everything worked out today with their assistance.
