There was a mixup with regards to scheduling. I had asked for one Lugger to help me with hanging Christmas lights. When they arrived, they said that they couldn't stay because they had to make a delivery. The error was clearly not their fault but the scheduling team. When I told Jose that I had made the appointment 5 days earlier and I couldn't reschedule (rain was going to start again the next day), Jose stepped in and said that he would stay and give me an hour or so of his time. He wanted to make sure that I was happy. This was the first time I'd ever encountered a scheduling problem with Lugg (have been using them for 3+ years). The important thing was that Jose wanted to step in and remedy the scheduling problem. We worked very quickly and got everything finished in a little over an hour. Bottom line: Jose saved the day & I really appreciated his willingness to help me out despite the error in scheduling. NOTE: I suggest that the schedulers at Lugg actually read the notes/comments that are made concerning the tasks to be done. I specifically said that it would take 2 - 3 hours.
