Lugg is the best for having furniture delivered. I found a bathroom vanity with an extremely heavy (250lb+) stone top that never would have been feasible for me to bring home. Lugg handled it seamlessly and made the process a breeze. The prices were totally fair in my opinion too!

Jose and Ramon were excellent movers!!! They were efficient, kind, and organized. Our move could not have gone better, and we really appreciate all of their hard work!

Good movers and got the job done the same day withon a few hours of our purchase. I had to ask one of the guys to put on a mask which he did willingly. I gave a cash tip so did not tip again through the app.

Servio and Carlos are HEROES!! They moved our entire office from a large air-controlled indoor storage unit to a much bigger storage unit (that we needed) in the same facility but it was located🌾🌾outside🌞!! We all know it was crazy 🥵 hot a couple of days ago, so to say a big move was challenging 😰 was a huge understatement🤯! Furthermore, the elevators🛗barely worked throughout the afternoon😒and they still persevered, pivoting in the smartest🧠most efficient ways possible. No matter what, this move actually took waaaay longer ⏳….⌛️⌛️ than I had ever anticipated😳, compounded by the blazing ☀️☀️. Servio & Carlos did not leave me hanging in that awful heat🔥, cause they😵‍💫kept at it 💪🏻💪🏼. 🤔They asked me questions🙋🏻‍♂️, offered suggestions💁🏻‍♂️, and worked with me🫱🏾‍🫲🏼after everyone had gone 🏃🏽🏃🏼‍♀️💨. 🙏🏾Please consider giving them a bonus🤑! Or the LUGGERs of the WEEK Award🏆🏆! At least a feature on the home page💻 with testimonials. Surely🙏🏾, I’m not the first👏🏻👏🏼👏🏽👏🏾 to praise🫶🏾them. Friendly movers, very efficient. They even took the furniture to a different thrift store when the first one wouldn't take my items. That was above and beyond and really helped me out.

Lugg is the best! I wish you had a moving truck vs. a van so we could have moved in one trip since it's charged per minute. Ended up being the same price as a moving company (with a full size truck), if not more, even though we only had boxes and a couch, mattress, tv stand and desk, but the movers were great, friendly, helpful, and timely. If we could've moved in one trip, it would have been highly worth it.

Master tetris movers. Moved a huge couch into a small space with not a single ding to a wall or door frame. Kind and patient too.

They both really cared about my home and were very careful moving my items from upstairs to downstairs. Fredy has been one of my Lugg movers in the past and it was so nice to see him again. Celerino was just as wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Lugg and both Fredy and Celerino.

The team who moved my stuff was great but the app was not functional. There was no way to contact the movers and I felt so bad leaving them in the dark.

Cobey and Claudio were so helpful and friendly!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience with these two. They were super efficient, hard working, and wouldn't let me do a thing. 100% would recommend to anyone, and I would most definitely use them again in the future. If you're on the fence about hiring movers, do it. It's worth every penny!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Daniel and James worked really well together, communicating with each other better than I’ve seen movers do in the past.

The ride share app experience for furniture, etc. The in app features were a breeze to use. I purchased a used armoire too large for my vehicle. I booked Lugg within minutes and went home. I received a text they arrived at the store an hour and a half later, exactly within the time window I had booked. They spent a few minutes at the store loading up. I received a text they were on the way. I could follow their location on the map in real time. They arrived and delivered with professionalism at every step. Exactly what I was looking for, and having many times used other local single large item delivery services (fridge, couch, desk, sectional), Lugg pricing was in-line and perfectly reasonable.

Very responsive. They didn’t fart around but jumped right to it. All movers I’ve ever used from Lugg have been great. In this instance the planning and scheduling department scored an F. The movers were over an hour late from their committed window. Not enough crews were in online and they were over committed. This should never happen.
