Very quick and capable. My house is still full move-in panic mode, and they got those four big boxes through all the landmines without any issue. And friendly to boot. Very impressed. Thank you

Daniel & Samuel were easy to work with and very fast! we needed help unloading a uhaul and a POD and they did a fantastic job getting everything where it needed to go in the house, handling fragile things, and taking bulky stuff upstairs for us. 10/10 would have them move our stuff again!

I also appreciated the communication from Jose. He pointed out a blemish I hadn’t seen before and was very helpful at every point of the delivery.

Arrived right on time, super friendly, moved the big boxes carefully and expeditiously to exactly where we requested them to. 10/10 would ask to help move furnitures pieces again :)

Brett definitely went ‘above and beyond’ to deliver boxes in my house. They were too big to fit in the front door, so Brett quickly removed the door, delivered the boxes and put the door back on. Couldn’t of asked for a better service.

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Did their best to get a too-big sofa into a too-small space, was very kind to try a couple of different ways!

Jose and Ramon were great. They arrived on time and they were both very efficient, professional and helpful. One of the items was tall and bulky and needed to be partly disassembled to fit through a doorway and they took it apart and reassembled it with care. Much appreciated and highly recommended!! Excellent communication and quicker furniture delivery than even most food orders. They picked up and dropped off from the east side to west side faster than Uber Eats/Door Dash for next door burgers. Once here, they placed the furniture smoothly and quickly without any scratches to our property or furniture!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They were early, friendly, and they got a bigger-than-expected couch up the stairs and through a small doorway in an old (and small) home. Thank you!

I didn’t get all my stuff but they did the best they could! I wish I could give a bigger tip but I’m short on cash and it took longer than expected.

They moved all of my stuff quickly and on time. I wish they had knocked first instead of just trying the door but it's no big deal.

This was my first time using Lugg, and I was very please with the entire process. Ramon and Jose were excellent from the first notification, to pickup, and the delivery point. They were very efficient, communicative, and friendly when they arrived. They put my couch exactly where I needed to be, and were extremely professional. Much appreciated!

I was looking for a needle in a haystack in my storage unit. They had good ideas of how to approach the big task. They were great!

There was a mixup with regards to scheduling. I had asked for one Lugger to help me with hanging Christmas lights. When they arrived, they said that they couldn't stay because they had to make a delivery. The error was clearly not their fault but the scheduling team. When I told Jose that I had made the appointment 5 days earlier and I couldn't reschedule (rain was going to start again the next day), Jose stepped in and said that he would stay and give me an hour or so of his time. He wanted to make sure that I was happy. This was the first time I'd ever encountered a scheduling problem with Lugg (have been using them for 3+ years). The important thing was that Jose wanted to step in and remedy the scheduling problem. We worked very quickly and got everything finished in a little over an hour. Bottom line: Jose saved the day & I really appreciated his willingness to help me out despite the error in scheduling. NOTE: I suggest that the schedulers at Lugg actually read the notes/comments that are made concerning the tasks to be done. I specifically said that it would take 2 - 3 hours.

They wrestled a BIG 2-piece couch up the twisty staircase to my top floor apartment, and then strategically maneuvered it through the door. Very impressive. :)

We had some trouble fitting things through a tight door way. They went above and beyond by carrying the big couch out the front door, around the house and it a back door that lined up better. Highly recommend!!

I love Lugg! I brought fueniture from Habitat ReStore which does not have delivery but I downloaded the app in the store received a fair estimate. The app updates you every step of the journey and they delivered on time professionally. Highly recommend.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
