Yorman and Brett did an amazing job getting an extremely heavy couch up 2 flights and into a narrow apartment. They were prompt, careful with my item, and went the extra mile. I would highly recommend them both.

Absolutely gems. They helped us with an unexpected difficult move and disassembled/reassembled a couch. We tipped them generously in cash and they deserve every penny!

There was only one functioning elevator in our building which delayed our move. John & Ahmed were patient and waited for our turn to use the elevator despite the crumby situation in our building. They made sure everything fit and were careful with our furniture. They also pre-flagged a damaged part of the couch at pickup from the furniture store to ensure that we still wanted to accept delivery. I’d hire them again and highly recommend them. Thanks!

They were great and the app is great but we were unable to fit the couch in the apartment and could not complete the job

The couch didn’t fit the elevator. They made it work ten floors up a very narrow set of stairs. I would highly recommend them.

Carlos & Alonso took their work extremely seriously. From the moment we meet at the ground floor to the time they got an extremely bulky couch to our FIFTH floor walk up they were friendly and smiling. In addition, they helped calm our anxieties about the entire process and were open and honest about what needed to be done to complete this very complicated task. Cannot recommend this service highly enough and thank you so much, once again to Carlos and Alonso. Literally could not have done this without you.

William and Tauren were the absolute best movers—they were so professional, friendly, and efficient. They went above and beyond with their service, and the move went without a hitch. They even helped me get rid of my current couch/put it on the curb. And we had such great conversations in the short time they were here! I would 1000% hire them to move again!

This was one of the hardest jobs I’ve ever encountered. These people were the best ever. So so so kind and they problem solved the entire time. They figured out how to take off the legs of the couch. When it didn’t go up the elevator they fit it up 6 flights of stairs. And the. They slipped it thru a tiny door. These guys are hero’s. Truly exceptional people. They were prompt kind and professional the whole time.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

I had a couch delivered and getting it to the basement was a challenge. They had great attitudes and problem solved rather than giving up.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Robert and Elijah are expert movers - they had to figure out how to get a big couch down some gnarly stairs and openings. They were so fantastic and I am just so lucky to have had their help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This was the quickest I’ve ever seen a couch get moved into an apartment - and a fourth floor walk up too! They were very communicative and very friendly. Highly recommend!
