Armondo and Orion were fantastic! Showed up, promptly figured out the best way to get my piles of boxes and furniture down to their truck and loaded. They made sure to unload in a way that let me move around and get my new apartment put together.

Sadiki and Carlos were absolute pros! 🚛🔥 They handled my move with efficiency, skill, and a great attitude from start to finish. Everything was packed and transported with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. Super friendly, expert movers, and incredibly professional. If you need a stress-free, smooth moving experience, these are the guys to call! Highly recommend—5 stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Jason was on time, friendly and flexible - we were picking up a washer and dryer from someone else and he helped us problem solved how to get it out of their apartment. He also had tools he didn’t necessarily need to bring that helped us when we needed them.

They were prompt, courteous and efficient. We had an especially large and heavy sofa to deliver and they managed to maneuver it into a small elevator and up to our 4th floor apartment. Very hardworking fellows!!65

Nicholas went above and beyond when there was even issues with the order and had to travel to another destination to retrieve it! Came in professional and welcoming with a positive demeanor even after having him do the extra mile! Thank you! Helped us move the couch from his vehicle to the apartment. It was speedy transaction. Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

They worked very hard, having to take one piece up to my apartment at a time because of the lack of parking. Excellent movers!

Jose and Ramon were so lovely to work with. I was so anxious to move to a 3rd story apartment with no elevator but they were so kind and efficient. Made what I thought would be a really stressful day feel like a breeze! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing help with their move!

Edward and Gabriel were great! They handled my sofa with care and were kind enough to let me ride with them back to my apartment since they had room. They had to take my door off the hinges due to the tight space but expertly did it and placed it back without a problem. They truly went above and beyond (': Super grateful!

Deepak and Farid were very friendly and got the job done super quick (which is saying something bc they had to move A LOT of heavy boxes and they had to do it up a bunch of flights of stairs since my apartment has no elevator) Truly they went above and beyond helping us today, I am very grateful.

They did great. They helped get the furniture up the apartment stairs and helped get it put in my apartment really quickly. They were very professional and polite.

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

They were able to pack my entire 1 bedroom apartment in a van incredibly quick and unpacked with the same speed. Couldn’t have asked for a better job.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

They were efficient and got the boxes into a small apartment without scuffing the walls! Would definitely use this service again if everyone is like these two :)

LUGG movers always show up within the hour I choose for them to come, usually at the beginning, and always ready to do the task. They are efficient and careful workers

Fast, respectful, and strong! Carefully brought my couch pieces into my apartment without dinging any walls. Called me when they were uncertain that Ikea had given me all of my order and we got things straightened out!

They wrestled a BIG 2-piece couch up the twisty staircase to my top floor apartment, and then strategically maneuvered it through the door. Very impressive. :)

The were on time and efficient and I felt at ease having them in my apartment. They placed all the pieces exactly where I wanted them. They were courteous and thoughtful. I cannot say enough about these fellows! GREAT SERVICE!!!

They did a great job. They were friendly and worked quickly. They did not, however, wrap any of my furniture and I don’t think it took them 70 minutes to unload into my new apartment. I would still recommend Lugg
