William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Once again, Lugg came through for me. Fast pickup and delivery with no damage or hassle. Reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Saved a ton of money by buying furniture and an elliptical at the thrift store and scheduling a Lugg pickup. No hiccups.

Alisher and Carlos apparently had just run out of plastic wrap on their previous Lugg, so I just recommend to be over prepared in future. They did offer to pick more up on the way to delivery location to wrap in order to leave in my place, which is undergoing some dusty renovation work. I appreciated that but was worried I might be charged. They were friendly, efficient and took care with my sofa. Arrived in the estimated window and delivery went smoothly.

The BEST! Their communication was awesome. They called when they were on their way to pick up my special item, called when they had it and even when they were on their way. My item was awkward, heavy and special! A Volkswagen bus bar! They carefully wrapped it in a blanket, and then a clear Stretchy material to keep it protected. The first part of the bar would not fit through the front door. So they had to carry it around to the back of the house and they did it with a smile. They even had to move other furniture in the house to get it into the house & to the room where we wanted it. They were very patient and allowed me to attach sticky felt foot pads on the bottom of the legs…all 8 of them. They moved it exactly where we wanted. These two were above & beyond! Thank you!

This needs 10 more stars! John and Yadier were and are the thing since slice bread! But better! Never has a delivery been so smooth and uneventful! These two men carried in a 53”x84” heavily framed mirror. They were happy, polite and proud of the work they were doing. I definitely will have them help me again and again!

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! They’re so awesome, I lost a receipt that was needed to pick the chair I wanted from a store and they were and kind and patient and spoke to the store staff on my behalf and gave them the purchase proof I had instead of the one the store specifically was asking for , and picked my furniture up and dropped it off seamlessly.

They were on time, wrapped my chair, were careful not to soil or damage it, and were careful to move it inside the house without damaging other furniture or paint on walls. Great service!

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Great guys! Excellent service! I like that they thought through moving large furniture up stairwells and brought plastic wrap to ensure my furniture was protected.
