I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience! Kyle and Joaquin were absolutely fantastic. Their customer service was top-notch—both friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They worked with incredible efficiency and expediency, yet were extremely careful with all of my belongings. It’s rare to find movers who strike the perfect balance between speed and care, but these two nailed it. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a stress-free and seamless move. Joshua and Ryan were amazing, I called 7 local moving companies displeased with the 2-3hr minimum commitments, added fees and overall pricing, I took the chance on Lugg as it is by the minute and these two hustled the entire time to get the job done. They were professional and fast, I would never use any other company after my move with Lugg, it is the future of moving.

They were very efficient time wise in moving and packing the van so that the furniture was secure and protected during the move. They were also friendly while doing the moving and packing.

Justin was great moving a box of tile that I couldn't so it wouldn't interfere with them putting my dresser in place.

They did an amazing job carefully moving equipment that was difficult to handle given its length and our home’s floor plan.

Tim and Joshua were very friendly and worked incredibly hard. The move involved a lot of walking and ramps and steps. I never heard one complaint. They packed the truck expertly, making the absolute best use of space; and I had a lot of stuff. They were respectful of the properties and my stuff. They also were respectful of my need to keep my cats and dog separate from the moving space. The loading process felt slow, but I know it was because they were taking great care to maximize the space in the truck. They unloaded very quickly and as efficiently as possible. They were honestly great and if I could request them for future moves, I'd do it in a heartbeat

Alex and Tim did a wonderful job moving my stuff and the quality of here was work was very professional and well organized. They handle with care.

Shane was incredibly kind, punctual, and communicative, when arriving and moving my couch. He treated the seats with care and yet still made good time. We were even able to chat for a bit, while waiting for the recipient of the couch. I would certainly recommend him for other moves.

Communication. We knew where the truck was in real time. Able to message detail directions to the guys. Superior service. The guys went way above and beyond great service. They were friendly, willing and capable in every respect.

Alex and Preston were on top of their game, had experience moving, and figured out how to get the treadmill out of an awkward tight space without damaging the house!

NEVER MOVING W/OUT THESE FOLX AGAIN Timely, communicative, respectful, hardworking. I was also upgraded to their largest truck option for free even though I had reserved a pickup truck (the smallest option) a couple days prior And I had a 35% discount for booking one "lugger". All in all it ended up being legit 50% less (at least) than the going rate of other moving companies I looked at when shopping. They even had another person there solely to drive so no need to worry about driving a moving truck Smooth moving experience got all my furniture I booked for one hour but it actually took two, they were so patient

I had an urgent move-in, but my moving company couldn’t come for a few days. Thinking it was no big deal, I decided to move my mattress myself since it was a short distance, and I had bought vacuum bags to roll it up. Turns out, I was way too confident—things didn’t go as planned, and I ended up stuck in the hallway with my mattress, completely clueless about what to do. That’s when someone recommended Lugg to me. I tried it for the first time, and YuYa and Brandon showed up like lifesavers! Their truck was big enough to not only move my mattress but also some boxes of clothes and furniture I needed. They were super friendly, professional, and worked quickly. After comparing my experience with the moving company, I have to say I prefer Lugg’s service. And Lugg is super flexible, which is perfect for ppl with last min change or unexpected needs. It was such a great experience—highly recommend!

They were awesome! Very courteous and totally cooperative in moving an old easy chair in order to put the 2 new ones in place.
