I had a large piece of furniture that I needed out of the house and wanted to donate. The place that normally takes donations was closed that day so they offered to take it to a couple other places before resigning it to the dump. Super helpful and considerate

Javier and Francisco were very professional, friendly and strong! I appreciate there help moving a huge stove and getting it to a local donation center. I will absolutely use LUGG in the future!

Had Erik and Robert take a truck full of items for donation that was pre-approved and when the organization denied the entire donation, the guys offered an alternative for me and were great about rerouting and taking care of all our items. My first Lugg experience was great and will definitely use them again!

They came on time and were both friendly. The location I chose for a furniture donation couldn’t take the item and they contacted me asap. They were kind enough to continue to the second location for drop off!

Alejandro was such a kind and understanding lugger and I highly recommend him. I had him take things to a donation place for me, and he did it with a huge smile and worked with me when some of the things weren’t accepted. Just went above and beyond.

Fantastic crew! They literally went the extra mile when one Goodwill wasn't accepting furniture donations, and then found a Goodwill that was taking donations.

So helpful w/expertise on what will/will not be accepted by Gallery and Donation. Saves me time and $ and they were so nice and caught all the necessary nuances of situation.

I had what I thought was a simple situation for furniture donation drop off at Habitat for Humanity. Turns out they don’t accept bed frame (high quality wood) by itself. Diego was helpful in navigating the situation.

Really helpful in a pinch! I appreciate all the support they provided in trouble shooting when the donation location was closed.

The movers were great but lugg dispatched them too late. I had planned it out so that they could get my furniture to the donation center before it closed at 4, but they were not notified by lugg until late and arrived after my reservation window. They went above and beyond , and ended up trying different donation centers to no avail. In the end they had to bring the items back to my house.

These guys went above and beyond, stayed after the job to wait at the goodwill drop off for me to get there and finish the donation. Had a great attitude about the whole thing.

Friendly, kind, conscientious. They even made helpful suggestions and let me know that they could remove things to donation for me, which was an enormous help.

I mistyped the destination address and they negotiated the donation to an alternative organization themselves!

FEEDBACK FOR LUGG’S APP: Please remove Goodwill and Salvation Army donation locations as options you promote within the app. It is extremely misleading to your customers. Not one of the places listed in San Francisco is accepting donations at all — NONE. Javier ended up having to take perfectly good items to the dump. Had I known this was the case I would have sorted something else out but ended up being stuck with that as the only option as the stuff was already loaded up in the van. Really, really disappointing and extremely frustrating.

On time, very nice, did the job efficiently, even (correctly) suggested that one of my donation items wouldn't be accepted.

There was trash mixed in with the donation items. Driver called and we worked out a solution that was beneficial to everyone.

Fombeoh and Atiqullah did a great job with our Lugg pick up and drop off at Goodwill! We had a large donation and they were quick and efficient! They got the job done quickly! We would use Lugg again!

The Goodwill that they originally went to was closed for donations, they communicated with me the entire time and went to another that was still open in another town. Wonderful guys!!
