They did a great job. They dropped it off and were in & out in minutes. The dresser was solid wood and they got it up the two flights of stairs like nothing. I will definitely use this service again!

The team did an outstanding job! They communicated effectively among themselves to determine the safest and most efficient method for moving a heavy table top from the first floor to the basement. They also assisted in installing the legs and carefully turned the table over, ensuring it remained undamaged throughout the process. My first time using this app and very very pleased. We are so lucky to have a service that can haul away unwanted items. As a professional organizer this service is so beyond helpful! My only wish is that one truck could do both a donation and dump run.

Really great job, exceeded all of my expectations. When there was a delay in pickup, Lugg upgraded my van to a box which was very appreciated. The movers texted me every step of the way before their arrival.

I had signed up to have my materials brought to a dump. When the dump was unexpectedly closed, Darwin found an alternate location and was able to complete the trip, truly saving the day.

Lugg was fantastic. Packed everything up took it to took Goodwill for me, sent me a copy of the donation receipt and what Goodwill rejected they took to the dump. Such a wonderful experience and so full service and al for a great price.

Rex and Luis were super friendly even as I had a ton of stuff to move. They were experts with filling the sprinter van to capacity

Benjamin did a great job! He had a good eye to make sure all of the pieces fit in the van and took care with the boxes. Fombeoh was also very helpful. Although he was on his phone for a good portion of the move at the pick up location he was helpful and worked well with Benjamin

I have used Jerome and Michael before, and they are fantastic! They are very efficient, and take close attention to detail. They’re very careful with wrapping individual items, inspecting before they move anything and send these photos. They called to let me know they are on the way and check in with me periodically with any update. I’m very grateful for love and thank you for such wonderful hired. Five stars all the way around.
