I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They were awesome. I just purchased a couch from Costco. I called several moving companies, 4 hours was the minimum 740.00 One of the moving company told me about Lugg . I look them up They came the same day . Very fast efficient and clean. I only charged me $86.00 Fantastic company I would definitely use them again

Upon arriving at Costco To pick up the item, Eric noticed that there was significant damage to the item. He was able to successfully exchange the item without me having to come back and deal with it. I was so grateful.

Could believe efficient & fast it was picked up and delivered. I will be using Lugg more often. Special When I go to Costco or Best Buy. Had to buy smaller tv 2 weeks ago because I had no way getting it home.

This was my first ever Lugg and these guys are not smiling in their photos - I had NO IDEA what to expect! What I got was exactly what I needed: two professional guys with a vehicle much larger than mine who could most my daughters’ play structure from Costco to my house. I am so glad Lugg exists and that these two guys take part in it. Could not be happier!!

Task went well with first handling a couch down stairs and then at Costco each of them securing a cart and offloading right outside the entrance, very fast!

Great team work, super fast and intelligent duo. Soon we learned all the three boxes will not fit in the cargo van. Ali had an idea to open the boxes and place the contents inside the cargo van. I loved the idea and I gave them a go ahead. Caleb have brilliant ideas on efficiently removing the huge boxes from the individual sofas. They meticulously worked to place the sectional sofa in the van with care. They communicated well with me when then arrived at the pickup and destination location. Because, they were two luggers, we got done super fast. Thanks again guys, I had a super positive experience with Ali and Caleb. Because of my positive experience I'll definitely recommend Luggs to my family and friends. I learned About your company through costco employees.

Wow, I’m so happy I found this service! I was able to get my sofa delivered in just a few hours. The delivery guys were super friendly and efficient. I 10/10 recommend!

I bought a sectional from Costco and when it was delivered, it was the wrong one! Lugg drivers went back to Costco and re-delivered the correct sectional. This was Costco's mistake, but lugg drivers were professional and courteous and didn't hesitate to go back and get the right sectional. Thank you both!

Delivery was fast, easy to arrange, great communication with updates, and very professional. The furniture was wrapped and protected during transport. Highly recommend this service.

They showed up within the hour and did an intelligent and orderly job of getting 8 boxes weighing 100lbs each about 70" long from Costco into my library. I don't have a truck or a dolly and I don't have the strength to easily move these myself. These guys were worth every penny, you oughta give them Lugg elite status or whatever it is.

These guys are incredible! They showed up to help me delivery two refrigerators I bought at Costco and they were there within 30-40 mins. They carried one of the refrigerators up the stairs and even removed the front door to try to get it in. They went above and beyond and i would highly recommend them! Thank you guys!

Communicative, patient, and accommodating when Costco employees were a little discombobulated with what was supposed to happen. They kept me apprised of what was happening & facilitated me speaking with supervisors & manager - and we got the job done! And they were just pleasant to work with. 10/10

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Friendly service but went to work immediately. No fooling around. He had the tv unloaded and ready to hand it off the second I pulled into Costco behind him.

Honestly I didn’t know about this feature with Costco until I was at check out with my futon. I legit downloaded the app and got a driver within 5 minutes. Super quick, super easy. My folks were super communicative. 10/10.

These guys were patient as Costco brought my items from the dock to the entrance. I think they could have unloaded them better as a team since they both had different approaches but ultimately, they got the job done and that is what matters.

Christian and Carlos did a splendid job in delivering my brand new leather sofa from Costco, Redwood City to my place. They did beat my expectation. They loaded and unloaded sofa all by themselves, even brought to my living room. Thank you guys.

Delivery was great. However, I was charged $93.50 4 times on my Citi Bank COSTCO card and 2 times on my Amex card. Why so many charges? I will only pay once !! Please call me to explain all the charges @ 510-715-6005.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Used lugg for delivery of a large item from Costco SFO. The pickup was prompt and delivered with care. Both Jorge and Emilio were excellent.

First time user of the app and it was so easy! Bought a bunch of patio furniture from Costco with no idea how to transport so used the Lugg app and was extremely happy with the job that was done. Fast, reliable and overall a really good experience.

Ridiculously helpful - They had actually arrived about 15 minutes early of our scheduled time plus had helped us go into Costco and purchase the item while moving from the warehouse to our home - completing the move within 30 minutes. 100% would love to have Edgar and Audy help us out again!

Awesome work!! I ordered a vanity and smart toilet from Costco, both are SUPER HEAVY, and Alfredo and Albert even helped me move them to the second and third floors. Cannot recommend more!
