Moved our new sofa upstairs to our apartment quickly without any hassle. Super friendly. Highly recommend these guys.

They delivered our new power reclining sofa from Macy's, even though it was so heavy for only two men. I'm new to the Lugg app, the first time using it, and it would be nice if the app asked more about the item being delivered.

Saxon and Kevin were PHENOMENAL! This was my first time using Lugg and they both exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly responsive, professional, and took the utmost care in delivering our sofa. We could not be happier with their service!

They were super communicative and perfectly on time. My white sofa was wrapped in plastic and carefully delivered.

I have a very small place. It was a tight squeeze. They took apart my old futon and put it outside so that we can get my new sofa inside. And we really had to squeeze it threw a lot of stuff to get where it needed to be. They gave me the time to clean up under where the old futon had been and they were very nice and helpful.

Sergio and Lucas did a fantastic job. It was a very heavy sofa and they handled it without issue. They were on time and polite as well. I would definitely recommend their services.

Mark & Keith were great. They moved a large sofa down a narrow hallway, down a set of stairs at my condo and into the garage. It was a tight space, but they did a great job. They also moved a couple of pieces of furniture out of the way and then put them back in place.

Saasaan was EXCELLENT! He came extremely prepared with covers, plastic wrapping, dollys, security straps and more. My sofa is white and I was extremely worried it would get dirty via transport but seeing Saasaan wrap everything to ensure it was delivered in perfect condition gave me such peace of mind! He was also willing to help carry it to my door. I didn’t once ask him for any help, he immediately took initiative to ensure it got delivered into my unit. He was also extremely nice and patient. Thank you so much Saasaan for our first amazing experience with Lugg. We will be using you again!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Picked up from store within an hour. Delivered in 45 minutes. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Final location for sofa was difficult but Rommel managed with ease. Price was good too. I would highly recommend this company. Look no further.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.
