Two awesome guys chatted with me while working and didn’t slow down one bit while doing so. They even helped me with my IKEA sfuff that arrived at the drop off location at the same time. Very efficient and made me feel comfortable and safe and a part of the process the whole time!

I have concerns as my off white couch arrived with 3 stains. Also, I needed to ask them not to walk on my new off white rug. I asked them about covering the couch especially due to the rain and was told Lugg doesn’t cover anything!! That sounds ridiculous! They were polite and arrived on time but the stains are unacceptable! I would appreciate hearing back from someone in charge! Thank you.
Euclides and Damari were so friendly and diligent. They picked up a dining table and chairs I purchased and made sure to make sure the table was put together perfectly.
My Luggers were outstanding! So professional & even had a 2-wheeler to move a very heavy stone tabletop out of my car & up to my condo. Whole operation took about twenty minutes - so easy! I will definitely use Lugg again & would love it if I could request this same team. Lugg is the BEST.
Prompt and courteous. Very adaptable to unexpected challenges. Resourceful and patient. Edward’s calmness paid off as he was even allowed access by the foreman at an unanticipated road closure. Overall an excellent experience.

Erick picked up a tablet and stylus at a Best Buy in Boston for me as we live in South Carolina to deliver to our nephew who was in the hospital. Despite having texts from me and photos of the email confirmations from Best Buy, they would not release one of the items to him. He was very persistent with them as I had texted him about our nephew and he called me to speak with Best Buy employees. Luckily they gave the items to him. He offered to even take the items to our nephew directly if he was allowed to his room. It was very kind of him. I wasn’t sure if our nephew was being discharged, so needed someone to deliver to the hospital instead of relying on Best Buy delivery. Very grateful!

(At first, Goodwill wanted to decline my furniture items, after they had just told me on the phone that they would accept them. After some discussion, they finally accepted the items.) I appreciate all Roberto and Ricardo did very much. It is one thing to do a job competently, but they were also friendly and cheerful. I would highly recommend Lugg based on my experience with Roberto and Ricardo.
