Cody and Mauricio are two super nice, upbeat, positive guys who move fast and efficiently. They were able to maneuver my furniture in and out of a tiny old elevator that I thought wouldn’t even be an option. They took apart and rebuilt my complicated IKEA bed in no time at all. They are your guys!

Super communicative. Upon arriving, when we realised that the wrong order had been sent from IKEA, Carey and Darryl went back to pick-up the right one and came back. I so appreciate them. They unloaded everything and put it exactly where it wanted it. They were awesome and understanding despite the mix-up of the wrong product being sent.
Jeffrey and Timothy went above and beyond with delivering my couch from Ikea. These two gentlemen were promptly on time, very communicative, and helped me get the package delivered right where I needed it. I would highly recommend these two guys. They're great.

What I loved about them was first they called when they were leaving IKEA to make sure they had the right qty. of packages than they called when they arrived and it was just smooth sailing after that for the off load of my products . They were on time , friendly and fast. I would definitely have all my stuff delivered from IKEA from now on based on such a wonderful experience

David and Jashaun were awesome last Saturday when they delivered our IKEA order. The elevator was broken and these guys hauled our heavy items to our 3rd floor unit using the stairs! Despite this unintended hardship, they showed the best attitude we have ever seen. They were courteous, smiling, patient and non-complaining. David and Jaushaun stood tall above their peers when it comes to excellent customer service! Your company is blessed to have them! Thank you.

Armando was great, but the IKEA situation was not ideal. I think next time I need something shipped from IKEA I might just contact Lugg or GoShare directly, and hang out in the parking lot. It took Armando about 40 minute from the time he got to Ikea to the time he had the boxes in his car. Very inefficient process. I wish Ikea was easier

They arrived within a few minutes of picking up my purchase from IKEA, Burbank. They were able to back into my driveway (as requested) in one easy movement and carried all four boxes into my home in about 5 minutes. They set the boxes exactly where I needed them to be in order to assemble the day bed. They were really friendly and efficient and remarked that they appreciated the a/c which had just turned on before they arrived. Also, their smiles while working were identical to their ID photos. They seem to enjoy their job and working together.
